Amazing views from hotel room and the breakfast n pool deck. The hotel is located right beside a waterfall and deep ravine so you see variety of panoramic views and woken up by birdsong. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we liked the additional activities that the hotel planned eg cooking demo, nature walk and even the lovely cardamom welcome gift! We loved it here and couldn't bear to leave!

The room was huge and the environment was green and clean . Would say it’s good staycation . Just that couldn’t extend our stay for one more night due to some circumstances. I would say Incase you are planing to stay in this resort it’s will be a great ideal and the staff was so friendly. Especially Hotel manager and Staff . As I remember the name were Abin : Hotel manager Akish : Staff Sandha : Staff . I would say there were really good and they really take care of the hotel guest on top manor . The rooms are a good size and the fan only option is perfect for December temperatures in Munnar. We enjoyed the location and facilities so much that we extended our stay until Christmas. Although the price per room is higher over the Christmas period we strongly recommend that you treat yourself. The housekeeping team are excellent, they scrubbed, repaired and repainted rooms before new guests arrived. The team of reception staff were highly professional at all times, they speak excellent English and can assist with any questions you may have. The restaurant staff are well trained and very attentive and it is clear that the restaurant manager takes pride in maintaining high standards. The chef and kitchen staff also deserve our praise and thanks. We think we stayed long enough to try everything on the menu 😋 The presentation of the festive buffet was a feast for the eyes and equally delicious. If you are travelling by car or like us by bicycle you will find secure parking spaces on site and a friendly security guard to watch over your property. The bar attached to the side of the hotel is in need of refurbishment so it is much nicer to take a beer in your room or with dinner if that’s what you’re in to. While we were there a lounge bar was under development, we suspect this will be a nice place to relax with friends once it has been completed.

    Munnar has everything for everybody.

    Munnar has everything for everybody. Trekking experiences, wildlife experiences, national park experiences and viewpoints. Favorite Spots, the Eravikulam National Park, Echo Point Kayaking, Elephant Spotting point, Trekking at the Chokramudi peak, Kolukkumalai sunrise view point, Couple Ziplining at Adventron. Sarvana bhavan in the central Munnar was our goto place and SAP aka SREE ANNAPOORANI PURE VEG. They had enough veg delicacies of both local and outside.

    Easy to get around by tuk tuk.

    Easy to get around by tuk tuk. Much less busy than neighbouring Munnar, so there was much less going on which we wanted for the jungle. Are some of the best food of my life in Prakrithi restaurant.

U can explore gap road, poopara, bodimett, kolukkumalai, Chathurangappara from here with ease.Taj restaurant at poopara ( not the original luxury brand ) offers food at low prices compared to the costly meals at resorts

    The homestay is surrounded by lush greenery, and in the morning, you can hear birds chirping. Taking a fresh bath in the natural small waterfall near the property was wonderful. The rooms were neat, and the toilets were big and clean. The host was excellent and very helpful. He assisted us in planning our itinerary and suggested good drivers (auto/taxi) for sightseeing. The breakfast served was typical Kerala style, very tasty and mouthwatering. I definitely recommend everyone to try this homestay.

    Munnar is a nature lovers delight. Everywhere your eyes go there is immense beauty. Also the place is well kept and neat. We felt 2 days was a bit tight for us but we thoroughly enjoyed the place, the good food and the amazing nature!

    We experienced cold and rainy weather most of the time.

    We experienced cold and rainy weather most of the time. Hiking is beautiful but leeches are a BIG problem in the rainy season. Tea plantation s are everywhere and a re gorgeous but i didn't love the tea itself. All in all its a good location for nature and serenity lovers.

    Definitely would recommend visit to Munnar especially for the following three attractions 1. Kannan Devan Tea factory visit 2. Pottas farm Fish spa and ecstasy ride 3. Punarjani Kalaripayattu and Kathakali show (4:30 pm onwards)

    Although reaching the resort was not particularly exciting ,...

    Although reaching the resort was not particularly exciting , we quite liked the place once we got there. There are not enough signboards to take us to the resort from the main road. Fortunately we got the caretaker of the resort on the phone who gave us directions. If by any chance his phone was unavailable that would have meant the end of our holiday !! It is a clean place with reasonable facilities. Staff were more than ready to help us even though some of them looked a bit glum. Food was mediocre, a bit too spicy though. Would have been good if cloth slippers were provided considering that the floors were cold. Also a shame that there was no Wifi. Despite this I may decide on going there again as our family of 6 + 2 kids had a great time. There's a stream within the property which was really nice. Wish there was no litter lying around ( I know it is difficult as the property is huge). Don't miss the trek through the cardamom plantations !!
