I spent 2 nights in this hotel were everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean, the owner of the hotel is a very helpful and deeply human person and we enjoyed a lot the diner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel. By the way, the view is absolutely amazing right there. The location was also perfect, near everything you must see in Udaipur. Bonus, the wifi was not working well the first night, so the owner offered to move us to another room where the wifi was working perfectly, while kindly upgrading us to a magnificent suite. I recommend a 100% this hotel !

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Fantastic stay in Udaipur! If I could give 10 stars, I would! It's definitely one of our best stays not only in Rajasthan but in India. ROOM The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee and water were available, and the views of the lake from the room were both mesmerizing and calming. RESTAURANT Th restaurant upstairs was perfect to unwind and admire the lake views. Their food is delicious and they offer a large variety of dishes including Indian, Italian, Mexican, Tandoor and more. STAFF Finally... All the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us and make sure that our stay was perfect. We would certainly be back! Feels like we found our second home in Udaipur. Highly recommend 👍

We had an exceptional 4-night stay at Moustache Luxuria Udaipur. Pavan and Nitesh went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, especially organizing a flawless New Year’s Eve and birthday celebration for my wife. Their attention to detail, personalized suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel truly special. The hotel’s restaurant, laundry service, and transportation were also excellent. An exceptional hotel with an outstanding service. We visited multiple hotels in India in this price category but this one is our favorite. You can feel the palace vibes in every corner as the team puts a lot of attention into details. However, besides the outstanding atmosphere, the service quality will stay in our memories for a long time. Go and try the yoga class they offer every morning!

Very small boutique hotel with an amazing view of Lake Pichola. Ours was the King room with a great balcony where was a huge space for seating and enjoying the lake view. The hotel is quite small and has a small but cute rooftop terrace as well. The hotel staff was very responsive, providing us with all the necessary equipment. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging the tuk-tuk when needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety as well.

    My stay at Hotel Lakend in Udaipur from December 11 to 13 was absolutely amazing! The staff, especially Ranveer Singh and his team, were top-notch. The food was a real highlight - delicious, beautifully presented, and the quality was just fantastic. Big shoutout to Arjun Belliappa for managing things so smoothly and coordinating everything. It was easy to reach him and very delight to talk with with him. Room service was really fast. Staff was always smiling and cooperative The best part? Waking up to the stunning view of the lake every morning. I even got to explore the surroundings on complimentary cycles. All in all, Hotel Lakend surpassed my expectations in every way. Highly recommend for a memorable and delightful stay

    The Resort is newly built and cleaned well maintained. Swimming pool was also well maintained but most of guest were not using swimming costume that creates hygiene issue. Rooms are large and nice. Atmosphere and Ambiennce of resort is amazing.

    If you want to see Rajasthan at peace then I highly recommend to do Udaipur and Jaisalmer. Jaipur is good but chaotic. Also, hotels are more business oriented rather than a resort meant for family vacation.

    The City Palace stood out as an architectural marvel exploring its rich history, intricate mosaics, and stunning lake views was a highlight. We loved our sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola, which offered dreamy vistas of Jag Mandir and the surrounding hills. Saheliyon Ki Bari and the Monsoon Palace also made for memorable, peaceful outings, perfect for couples seeking romance and great photo opportunities. We tried several excellent restaurants: Upre by 1559 AD was our favorite for its rooftop ambiance and delicious Mewari cuisine. We also enjoyed the vegetarian thali at Natraj Dining Hall, and had a memorable lakeside dinner at Raaj Bagh, which combined great food with beautiful views. For a unique touch, breakfast at Millets of Mewar offered healthy and innovative local fare. Getting around is mostly easy, especially if you use ride-sharing apps like Ola or Uber for airport transfers and short city rides. Within the old city, many attractions are walkable, but some roads are narrow, so auto-rickshaws or tuk-tuks are handy for zipping through the lanes. Renting a bike is a good option if you want more flexibility, though traffic can be a bit hectic at times. Young couples will love watching the sunset or taking a private boat ride on Lake Pichola for a romantic experience. Don’t miss an evening cultural show at Bagore Ki Haveli or the Dharohar Dance Show for a lively introduction to Rajasthani folk arts. Exploring Udaipur’s colorful old city markets, enjoying rooftop dinners with city views, and visiting art galleries or pottery workshops add creative, fun, and memorable experiences to your trip. Udaipur offers a truly magical escape with history, hospitality, food, and romance at every turn making it ideal for couples and anyone seeking memorable travel moments.

    all here is a rip off, the palace entry fee only lets you wonder around 30% of the property as its still a private residence, and in bad shape and need of refurbishment and all other landmarks inside need further payment, its dirty overcramped, broken roads, constant car honking, beggars and scammers, would'nt recommend udaipur to the locals not to mind the visitors
