The food was perfect, compliments to the chef. The service staff were very friendly and courteous. Anke was particularly special, she was our waitress on three evenings. She was courteous, funny, friendly and has an incredibly positive charisma. A soul of the house and, from an entrepreneur's point of view, a perfect employee.

Convenient location near busstop and some main tourist attractions. Management very pleasant, super friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast option is great, coffee always at the ready is a big bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location and very comfortable. Check in was super easy and we particularly like that tea, coffee, milk and juice were provided as basic. This was super handy in the morning and cost saving also. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything’s is perfect! You need to know where you are going to, is a hostel, shared bathrooms and only a bed. Not much space for moving around in the hub. But if you are aware of this, you have to know this place is excellent! Bed is super comfortable and big! Extremely clean and nice sheets. Bathrooms are big, clean, spacious, there is never waiting for a shower. Everything is very modern. The staff is extremely friendly. The lobby is also great! There a self service bar where you can even bring your own food and drinks and eat there. I would definitely return!

Loved this hotel. Room was spacious and well cleaned daily. The breakfast was definitely a highlight. Just delicious. And the location of a simply perfect!!! And the staff were all lovely and helpful.

The room is very cosy and chic, very warm, clean, modern and with just enough space. Location is pretty good, around 20 mins walk from the center or from BSI bus terminal. It is even included as a pickup location for some tours and is also close to some supermarkets and restaurants. Customer service was very nice and very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend checking it out :)

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially Gisli and Al. Gisli took time to help us plan our holiday and made recommendations to avoid the high cost of bars and restaurants. Al provided us with a kettle and a nightly supply of teabags. We had a room at the back of the hotel and do it was quiet. The room was clean. good bathroom. Excellent location.
