Largest bathroom out of 7 accommodations we booked in Iceland! We were so impressed by the home decor and how Cosy it was. A nice touch of icelandic tradition everywhere you look. Breakfast was basic but just enough. Staff was very accommodating. Location was perfect for us to drive to jokulsarlon during the night to go watch the aurora. I really recommend this place. Parking just outside (for free) even the towels were embroider with their emblem (I’m a sucker for the little details) the common area is so beautiful too!

We got an upgrade, instead of shared bathroom we got a room with own bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Great beds. In room was also little cattle with Tea or Coffe.

Beautiful place and great location "in the middle of nowhere" where you can chase northern lights. New, small cottage house equipped with all that you need for a stay. Hosts available most of the time. Very close to the nature.

Laugarfell Accommodation & Hot Springs is located in the Eastern Highlands and is at the border of Vatnajökull National Park.
