The staff are all-round amazing! Very attentive, polite, helpful, considerate and always smiling! Communication before and during the stay was excellent. The property is beautifully located overlooking the Temple of Juno and the amazing Agrigento countryside and sea. It's peaceful and relaxing. The infinity pool has a swim-up bar and many loungers. Both breakfast and dinner at Ambrosia are highly recommended - particularly anything including pistachios! There is easy, secure parking available for guests. The rooms with the private pools are comfortable and recommended. Bathrooms are well sized with good water pressure, high end toiletries, and ample hot water. The hotel was amazing. Very convenient location not far from Agrigento and the valley of the temples. Free parking on the premises. The room was big, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical Italian with many options. The design was heavy but it suits the hotel perfectly.

Newly renovated room, tastefully designed and modernly furnished. Good location, close to the ancient city center and a lot of public parking lots nearby (viale Della Vittoria; blue marking on pavement = paid with parking meter , 1€/H ; white marking = free of charge) Excellent bedding and good amenities (bottle water in the fridge, coffee machine with variety coffee capsules, welcome treat, kettle and variety of tea at disposal in the hallway, etc…) Giusy is a kind and responsive host. He also provided amazing address for restaurants in town. Breakfast included and served at Sajeva pastry-bar (sweet and savoury) is great ! This option allowed us to take breakfast at our convenient time and also to soak up the daily life of Agrigento’s residents :)) Overall, an excellent address to book with confidence.

A very nice place meters from the central part where there are many different shops, bars and restaurants. Clean room with everything you need. Calm and quiet. The hostess who welcomed me is a smiling radiant woman who gave me full assistance and answered all my questions. Extremely responsive and ready to help. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Agrigento.

B&B Arena was the perfect spot to stop on our Sicily road trip. It is a few steps to the beach, rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The beach is sandy, and free to access. There is also a small restaurant that has lovely pasta and pizza (at the south end of the beachfront). I hope I can return to Sicily and stay with Sirena again!

The Valley of the Temples is a good reason for visiting Agrigento - otherwise there is not much to the town. Lots of streets with steps in the Old Town (which is much more interesting to stay in) as it covers a big hill. You need to catch a taxi to get from the town to the temple site, but it is certainly worthwhile to go there.

We arrived from the Netherlands, but we both are Hungarians, so we needed to get used with the Italian lifestyle, like the siesta time, when there almost nothing is opened to get some food or drink. In exchange the places like restaurants are opened till late night. You also need to pay attention during riding by car, the traffic a little bit hectic, but it is easy too deal with it.

Our stay in Zingarello was delightful. The highlights of the trip were the beach, and our visit to the Valle dei Templi, a fantastic archeological site w/ Greek temples dating back to 600 BC. The duomo and nearby church of Santa Maria dei Greci are also well worth seeing. Many good restaurants close by.

Indications for people who driving there are poor, I was lost, I pass in front the entrance without realizing it, poor indicators. I stop and I find another car lost too. The car parking too expensive, the entrance tickets expensive, I went really early before there were too many people, I was able to take selfies for the more important monuments without any wait line. You must be ready with plenty of water, if you are going in summer time because its a really long walk under very strong summer lights. I guess you must see it at least once on your life, like everything relevant from our pass times. Obviously I am a simply tourist without knowledge about architecture. For those that understand I am sure must be fascinating.

Winter is definitely not a good time to visit San Leone as most of it is closed. It looked run-down and in need of a face lift. There was litter everywhere. The roads and pavements are all in urgent need of repair, with serious potholes and uneven surfaces, but this endemic in Sicily. San Leone is very convenient for the valley of the temples.
