Nice clean location overlooking the lake. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. I would come and stay here again. Short drive to Lecco where we had several meals. Lots of selections for breakfast in the hotel. Free parking.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

It was going to be our first time in Como. And we were meant to have a weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. After spending a long time deciding which area of Como to stay in, we finally booked this hotel in Lecco, thinking we'd give it a chance—and it exceeded all expectations. The location turned out to be a fantastic one. Your window opens directly to the lake, and you wake up to an incredible view. The road in front of the hotel isn’t very busy, making it ideal for walks. Also, we had no issues at all with parking. After visiting all the other areas in Como, we were glad we booked here. The other popular spots were all overly crowded and commercial, but this place felt more local. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Paola was a star—such a sweet lady, always smiling and helpful. The restaurant/bar downstairs seemed quite sufficient; we sat for coffee a few times and had breakfast once. We will definitely return to Como and stay here again.

The old house is renovated with great attention to detail. Good room size and pleasant facilities. Small boutique hotel with few rooms. Clean style but still cozy. The breakfast is very good, well prepared and everything is very, very fresh. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The direct access to the lake and the view is fantastic. The location is very quiet, which makes the whole thing even nicer for us. We can only recommend the hotel. A small side note: after the rooms were heated so much, we had the windows open at night. It would be nice if the chef doesn't light the cigarette directly in the complex but further down by the lake as all the smoke goes into the room in the morning which is not really comfortable for sleep. And for us personally, there was simply a lack of shelf space in the bathroom, so we put all our stuff on the floor.
