Nice modern hotel with special maisonette rooms. Welcome of the lady owner was kind. She gave directly a lot of information of attractions and restaurants in the neighborhood. Everything went in the best possible way, from the accessibility of the location to the accommodation and the connection by public transport to Venice (by bus cca 20min.). The accommodation was exceptional, beautifully decorated and clean rooms with carefully restored pieces of art as well as beautiful paintings. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room with a view to the canal and the street leading to Venice and Padova. Free parking was in the back yard which meant a lot to us. Fantastic breakfast prepared by the owner with excellent morning coffee and relaxed communication. The owners just made the strongest impression to my wife and me with their kindness, treatment and desire to help in the best possible way to explore the most of our short stay in Venice. Landlord was very helpful and nice. We could adress all needs and questions. Good information about transport/ways to Venice and nearest beaches(aprox. 45min by car, Sotomarina etc.). We received 4 bottles of water each day, this deserves an extra plus. As well as we could spontanously check-in 4 hours earlier than announced. Very comfortable beds and nice view from our room.
