We booked this hotel last minute. To our surprise it was excellent. Service impeccable, rooms and facilities super clean and modern. Bed and linens extra comfortable. Quality of toiletries excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious, variety of great quality food, and excellent service. We only stayed for 1 night, but we will be back.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the room! I felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveler and absolutely LOVED the location. There was a parking lot close by in which I used to store my rental car while I stayed here. I would highly recommend considering a stay here if cleanliness, safety, and comfort is what matters most to you.

Location was perfect, with a fantastic view of Assisi. We loved that this location was so close to Assisi, as we did not want to hassle with the parking in the historical parts. If you have a car, this is the ideal location.

If you are not physically fit he would probably want to have a car drive you up but if you’re up for an adventure it takes about 15 minutes.     I went to Assisi to visit the tomb of Saint Carlo Acutis and it was such an emotional experience! I had no idea there were so many hills in Assisi. I would have packed much differently and had a much smaller suitcase. The people that I met were very friendly and helpful to me. My suitcases were entirely too heavy and so many people provided me with assistance!

    The city is wonderful but you will need a car to get around some of the sattelite towns such as Montefalco or Todi. Other towns like Assisi and Foligno are accessable by train. You will need to pre book wine tours out of town.

    It’s a fantastic place to visit! So much to see!

    It’s a fantastic place to visit! So much to see! I went back up to the Casa Romana and the Teatro Romano and both were well worth the visit. La Rocca has incredible views and a very interesting museum. Then you can go down to the aqueduct, which is stunning.

    Terni is a wonderful city. In my opinion it's a hidden gem of Italy. It's an easy 1-hour train ride from Rome, and on the way to all the northern Italian cities. Terni Centro has almost no cars, so incredibly walking friendly, full of cafes, gelaterias, and pizza. All, with picture book old Italian architecture. Also, Terni really comes alive after 4pm!

    We stayed one night.

    We stayed one night. Julia, the hostess, was outstandingly helpful and she spoke very good English. The dinner and breakfast were particularly good. We ate dinner outdoors but in good shade from the evening sun. There is a large swimming pool which has a superb view. I highly recommend Romitorio agriturismo.

    Small and not overrun with lots of foreign tourists.

    Small and not overrun with lots of foreign tourists. Station very convenient so easy to use as a base to visit Asissi, Spoleto and Perugia, yet plenty to see in Spello. A delightful little hill town. Hard walking up hill but downhill all the way home if accommodation was at the bottom end of the walled city.
