- From $105.66 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 1,405 reviewsWe practically LOVED everything! If you read this comment don't think twice. Book a room at this fantastic hotel and thank me later! The hotel is a newly renovated building with spacious rooms. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony and a view of the valley. It was pristine clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located in a cute small village close to Montepulciano and Pienza (just a ten minute drive). Free parking at the property. A-list hosts! We were welcomed by the energetic, fun and cheerful Nicolo Whose contagious energy and joy, made our stay unforgettable. He and his lovely family went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He recommended good restaurants around to eat and nice hidden gems to visit around the village. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of savory and sweets. Looking forward to going back!Guest review byBonnie.AUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 520 reviewsFirst of all, the amazing couple that runs the place! They are the definition of Italian charm- we talked mostly through hand gestures and google translate but they always had a smile on their faces and a want to help. To say we loved the views would be an understatement- the views are captivating- during the day, and also at night - as the property in the middle of nowhere (in a good way) you can see the stars at night! We stopped in the driveway every night . We loved the place, the magical peace we felt there- away from every city or town. It is a bit of a bumpy road to get there as it’s in the middle of land- so make sure to drive slowly or have an appropriate car.Guest review byzivIsrael

Pienza is a fantastic hilltop town with wonderful views over the Val D'Orcia valley. It has wonderful streets, restaurants, and historical sites to explore. Beautiful Tuscan town.
Beautiful Tuscan town. But the two main churches are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, if you can believe it... Better stay in Peinza or Montepulciano. But Sant'Antimo Abbey, 10 kms away, is a world wonder.Guest review byChristopheFrance - 10.0
Good town close to many attractions we never got to.
Good town close to many attractions we never got to. Wineries and scenery exceptional. Pleasant and friendly people who help non Italian speaking tourists. So many places within a short distance access for walkers cyclists or car drivers. It's isolation makes it more special.Guest review byRosAustralia - 10.0

Bagno Vignoni is a small, beautiful town.
Bagno Vignoni is a small, beautiful town. The first time we experience the thermal pool instead the Market Square. Around there are small restaurants with typica Tuscany dishes and typical Italian service kindness. Nearby there are thermal lakes and a lot of wineries with a good San Giovese vine.Guest review byKristofPoland - 10.0

Monticchiello is a great hill top village to stay overnight when travelling through Tuscany. Beautifully quiet in the evening but with a number of restaurants to choose from to suit all tastes. We ate at Osteria Fra Paolino which was exceptional and proved to be the best meal of the 2 weeks we spent travelling from Rome through Tuscany to Florence.Guest review bymargaretUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The hot springs are in a natural setting and they are amazing - much less crowded than Saturnia. There are more hot springs at an old destroyed marble mine which the workers made into pools - locals go there and they are easy to accessGuest review byJenny DunnAustralia - 10.0
Just my wife and I, trying to get some feel for Tuscany.
Just my wife and I, trying to get some feel for Tuscany. We were on a ridge, overlooking a valley of wine fields and olive tree orchards, and looking up at Montepulciano. View couldn't have been more perfect. Ate dinner in town 2 nights at restaurant recommended by host - really practical and delicious.Guest review byAnonymous
