Everything was good about this hotel .. the friendly hosts.. the delicious food .. wonderful hotel staff and above all great location with superb transport system using the ritten card (ask for it at the hotel) we visited in December and it snowed and everything was a winter wonderland! we also had a unique experience where the owner together with his staff lit up a bonfire and distributed delicious homemade biscuits and mulled wine all for free!

A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.

    Amazing at every detail. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever been. The place is just amazing and the place so warm, makes you feel cozy. The views just breathtaking!!They were really attentive with our baby and even had a chair for her ready at breakfast. I hope we have the chance to return. The breakfast delicious and very varied.     Amazing hotel. Off season and the staff is really great. At breakfast the employees bringing all kind of special treats during the meal. The cable rail to Bolzano is less then a minute walk and it's free to use through the hotel. We took the room with the garden view. Fantastic experience. Will visit again for sure.
