The couple that run the HOTEL are super friendly and very helpful. It was a perfect location as we were huge group of people getting together there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it was very nearby to where everybody was staying.

Private, excellent service and high quality standards throughout. Breakfast needed to be pre-ordered and was served ala carte style. I could order barista style cappuccinos. The spa facilities were top-notch as well. The view from our room of the Dolomites was just magnificent!

Amazing, very helpful host. We needed to find some US-EU electric outlet converter and the host a made a bunch of phone calls to help us out on a Sunday (everything is closed on a Sunday) and manage to find us some. Very comfortable place and calm place to stay. One of our best stay in Italy. Thank you again for your help! :)

    The ParkHotel Ladinia is a wonderful hotel with lovely and attentive service. The breakfast is very complete offering anything one could want to begin the day. Dinners are also very good, every course is delicious. This is a very, very well run hotel where details and crisp attention matter. It's also very calming and beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the spa/pool with the indoor-outdoor design. I had a car rental issue that was very frustrating and protracted. Each person who assisted me at the front desk was kind, professional and skilled, enabling me to resolve the problem. I chose to stay in San Vito di Cardore rather than Cortina d'Ampezzo because I wanted a more calm atmosphere. It's an easy short drive to Cortina if you want to do shopping, evening events or enter the fray of many people. I treasured the calm and quiet of this hotel. And the views are spectacular.

    The location on Lago di Misurina was fantastic! The view of Tre Cime from our balcony was jaw-dropping. We arrived late and Nickola found us a place to park, then proceeded to haul our extremely heavy suitcase up 3 flights. He and the entire staff were amazing! The breakfasts offered so many options and we also enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Lunch/beer on the patio overlooking the lake was also a bonus. A nice stroll around the lake and to other eating options. Only 20 min to Tre Cime for amazing hiking! Extremely quiet location and so wonderful to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine after hiking. Decor is cozy with older alpine vibes.

    Great location to visit the Dolomiti for hiking. Quiet town, not a zoo like Corrina! Easy drive to the major sites of the Dolomiti. Our room was a good size and was very comfortable with a balcony to enjoy the sunrise lighting up the mountain sides. WiFi is strong and stable. Plenty of parking in the private lot Breakfast was more than adequate, plenty of choices to fill you up to start your day. Dinner was great as we enjoyed our dishes on two occasions. The staff was great and personable. We would definitely stay again when we visit Tre Cime and do more hiking.

    it's a mess w/ building works clogging the small town that is trying to prep for the winter olympics. If you are driving through, make sure you're through very early before the gridlock starts. Or bike through. San Vito di Cadore is a much better option for a fraction of the price.

    Mountains, landscape, stores, everything is amazing. Few but excellent restaurants, fully recommended Antiqua Pizzeria, hidden place with incredible plates, service and prices. Auronzo is a exquisite place where you can find peace and fresh air for a complete soul's renovation.

    Great base for exploring the Dolomites. Lovely setting with mountains on all sides of the lake which was also very picturesque to stroll around or you could take a pedalo or a rowing boat. Recommended eateries: Quinz and Pizzeria Eidelweiss. Great if you wnat to join the queue for the car park for Tre Cime bright and early to ensure you get in.

    We chose this place since we were looking for a room with air conditioning near Cortina d'Ampezzo. Boca di Cadora is a very small town , and it takes 15 minutes to get to Cortina D'amezzo , which is a central town and a better choice for day trips in the dolomit area. There was nothing to do in Boca di Cadora in the summer.

    Awesome location, close to good supermarket, restaurants and park Easy short drive to some spectacular hikes. It was busy in August but not too hard to get off the beaten track. Good take-away pizza from the spagetteria restaurant. Park by the lake lovely in the evening for toddler with crazy golf/trampolines, nice bar for a beer with amazing views of the mountains Dolomites probably our new favourite place 👌

    We had an absolutely perfect experience during our 5-day stay at Garni Civetta, tucked away in the stunning Italian Dolomites. From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel owners, a truly kind couple who made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of the Dolomites.     Cortina is a good central location to use as a base for attractions in the region. It is known as quite an exclusive resort but we didn't find food and restaurant prices any higher that other Dolomite resorts. It is busy with lots of traffic which flows through the centre of the town. There are much prettier and quieter holiday towns and villages - especially in the Val Gardena area.

    What a beautiful town, full of mountain charm. The scenery and lake are stunning. There a a variety of food options and cute stores, but pay attention to hours of operation.we truly enjoyed the restaurant Moma, in the Hotel Diana and it’s sister restaurant, La Zupo up the mountain at the first gondola stop. The Fun Bob is a must, at the adventure park! They have great open air markets by the lake and have amazing food & items for sale.

    A lot of people stay in Cortina D'Ampezzo because there are lot of lodging, activity and food options. Staying at Misurina, however, is magical and peaceful. There are just enough options for lodging and food. It's also very close to Tre Cime and Lago di Braies. If you want a quieter and more peaceful stay, I would go with Misurina.
