First of all the facilities are amazing the pool the expeof swimming in the Dead Sea is amazing !! We received an upgrade in our room in the reception, the attention of Mohammad Salah, the best service, very helpful, the upgrade of the room was with a sea view and the place was very quiet good for relaxing, the dinner was exceptional and I also received 30% discount in the breakfast. The apartment has a partial view to the Dead Sea. Good sized bedroom and the veranda is lovely. Washing machine worked well and there were plenty of spare pillows and towels. Nihad was always available to support us, without being intrusive. The apartment is simply, but functionally furnished and really there was nothing we missed. Nihad even left welcoming snacks in the fridge for us. As for the resort - it is clean, well maintained and the staff are incredibly helpful. Shout out to Rashid, the lifeguard down at the beach who was amazing.
