This hotel is being ran by welcoming, hospitable and helpful people who welcome you like family. The room was clean, spacious, with nice decoration. The bathroom was also big and fully equipped. The mini-bar was full (complimentary water, snacks and refreshments). The hotel is centrally located, in walking distance to Madaba's sights. There is free parking for your car at the end of the road. Breakfast was rich, with lots of choices and local flavors. Dinner served at the hotel was also excellent.

The staff was very kind & accommodating. We had booked one large room for our family of five & as it was undergoing renovation, they gave us two rooms for the same price, one of them very large with four twin beds & the other with one large bed adjacent. They arranged our pickups from the border & to the airport (for extra of course) & packed us a small breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Thank you Safa & Rami for everything. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are spacious, very clean and an overall excellent. It is next to the touristic spots in Madaba and has a restaurant as well as being near all other food options.

I've been to 6 or 7 different hotels in Jordan, this was definitely the best I had! The staff is super welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, well built (kudos for the shower with water tight doors and for the extra thin bed sheets instead of only the big thick ones), and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and complete. Everything is maintained to a very high standard. The location is good, 10 minutes away from the center. I totally recommend!!

Host Omar is so friendly and helpful. The property is stylish & newly renovated. Beds very comfortable. I slept so well here! And the downstairs living / bar area is a friendly place to hang out, check emails and order food and drinks from nearby. It’s very convenient for visiting Mount Nebo and Baptism of Jesus site on the Jordan River.

conveniently located, walking distance to downtown area, many cafes, shops (Madaba mall is about a five minute walk) and St George’s (Church of the Map). Property well maintained, nice swimming pool, and restaurant offers a very reasonable evening dinner (our first night we had chicken tagine for 8.50jd, generous portions, they also serve beer and wine). Our room had a very comfortable bed and extra pillows, clean bathroom and a small balcony. Staff was very welcoming and helpful when we needed to get some laundry taken care of. A breakfast buffet, served at their rooftop terrace with wonderful views of the city, many options (eggs, sausage, beans, hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, several kinds of bread, jams, pancakes, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice - we stayed three days and we could always put together different dishes and not feel like we were eating the same thing) On our second day we enjoyed lunch at Ayola Cafe which had been recommended by another guest on a previous review on booking. It was a good hotel to be based out of to visit mount Nebo, Ma’in hot springs and other places around the area

Very nice place, very nice people. The view to see all the city is the best of the city. I really enjoyed the terrasse and the staff, very welcoming and helpful! I was there with m'y wife, it was super.
