Mercy and her team are real gems - so sweet, kind and attentive. We really felt at home! The house itself is beautifully decorated, offers comfortable facilities and has a characteristic charm. Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly makes it special is the staff. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make me feel at home. Every time I stay here, I leave with the same feeling – that this is a place I’ll happily come back to. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable once again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel . Amazing stuff, housekeeper Julie was cleaning the room every single day .. Restaurant was very clean , very good food at restaurant Maxwell and Goretti was very professional and always smiling and in good mood. Reception was very good , Violet ,Yvonne and Phanice where very good , they made check in and check out so fast in almost 2 minutes . Security Habel was very good and smiling .

My husband and I stayed at Ololo Safari Lodge for one night as part of our honeymoon. It was the most perfect getaway - lovely and relaxing spot to stay before and after a day of game drives around the Nairobi National Park. The lodge itself was beautiful and quaint - all the food was homemade so had a real farm to table feel to it. Great breakfast in the morning too!

I liked the smart apartment, fast wifi, clean and secure environment around which gves you peace of mind during your stay, close proximity to all amenities, i.e shopping mall, hospitals, restaurants, airport, Narobi game park, etc. The only advise is to travel before peak hour as the traffic will be slow.

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

Actually there's more friction stories on the service offered at the facility. I was overcharged extra money [Ref:AB22D31B0F23: Dear , MPESA Paybill transfer of KES 5592 to NCBA Paybill Account-488488 and account 3227370026 was successful.MPESA Ref:RLM0WDR2KG.Price was hiked immediately we arrived at the facility. The duvets had human discharge.Dirty stain . Am sorry I can't recommend anyone for this kind customer mismanagement entity. Booked one bed room house bt got a airbnb, this was just a surprise to me.

Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do.

Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do. We visited Karen Blixin museum and the slums as well as the giraffe manor and elephant sanctuary. The National Park in the middle of the city is stunning. Traffic however is a nightmare and the roads often in a state of disrepair making moving around a challenge.

Syokimau is a great place to stay, especially for families who have kids, there's easy access to almost everything, supermarkets minimarkets, hospital and clinics, petrol station, everything needed for household can be gotten around. Just that the road (KAtani road) was very busy when I stayed because another road was being fixed so everyone had to use Katani road.

I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people.

I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Loved the food . My only challenge was the language and the traffic jam at certain hours and crossing the roads in some areas. The driving is "fast and furious". Its easy to get around Nairobi with an Uber and a couple of touristic sites to visit like the Nairobi National Park, which is good for nature lovers. The masai market for souvenirs and handicrafts.

The place is spotless and neat.

The place is spotless and neat. It has fast WiFi and a nice desk to work. Also comes with smart tv with Netflix and the bathroom is excellent and modern. The place is surrounded with a beautiful well kept garden creating a serene environment. It is close to all amenities I.e Gateway mall, hospitals, night clubs, JKIA International airport and is even close to Nairobi national park. It also comes with a well kitted kitchenette with microwave & fridge. Home away from home. Fantastic room accessible via elevator with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
