Such a lovely get away ideally located between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Beautiful Kymer styled house and garden grounds with a pool!!! Ideal for cycle tourers like us or motorcycle tourers. Sebastian and his wife were extremely welcoming and lovely hosts. Would love to stay again!

Great location, very close to the silk farm and the ferry (walkable, just across the bridge). Our host Rany was very welcoming, warm and a kind person. We also very much enjoyed the home cooked meals. Everything was clean and well-organized. Rany knows about the area and could give us good tips on where to go, including arranging some bicycles to rent to see the island.

The young couple are great hotel owners. Helped with everything from ordering tuk-tuks to buying airline tickets. Every request was answered immediately. Settled a dispute with the driver. The hotel is brand new, the rooms have everything you need, clean and quiet. I will come back here again on my next trip.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, no cockroaches. I had a quite large room with a good conditioner. The staff is responsive. As for the bed, it was perfect for my liking. I also had a safe in the room. I would definitely recommend it and would return in the future.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the rooms to the staff and the pool area. Overall a great stay in a lovely setting. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are two pools, where one can swim and relax. I absolutely adored the setting of the old Victorian house. Very clean, peaceful and yet very centrally located. Amazing breakfast included and the staff was very helpful and acommodating. Will gladly return.
