This was the highlight of our holiday. Don't hesitate, just book it and you won't regret it. Staff were extremely kind, caring, helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Luxurious touch in service and surrounding garden and restaurant area. Food was excellent, try their Sri Lankan menu! Also the view was amazing. This was the best place we stayed in during our three week trip. We have already recommended Chill Ville to our friends. We will be back.

So far it was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. We were lucky to be the first guests of this wonderful place. Room is clean, everything is new and it feels very cozy. One of the best stays we have ever had! The manager Richard and his stuff were so nice, friendly and helpful. Just ask them and they will instantly help you to make you feel comfortable. The room was super cozy, clean and quiet. Besides the food at the restaurant is amazing too - best Onion Rings and Rice & Curry! Also a banger breakfest. Definitely would come back again! Thanks Richard and team for the lovely time. 10/10 that's for sure!

We loved the property and the staff. The location is absolutely stunning and we had the most amazing 5 nights here. Krisha is an absolute legend and super friendly and helpful along with the other staff members. The food is also delicious. We didn’t want to leave!

This was probably the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka. The owner was very kind. We rented a tuktuk going to Ella. He drove our tuktuk going to his place, bought us dinner from the city, and cooked us a very sumptuous breakfast. The place was amazing. Although it had no a/c, we were still able to sleep well at night. Apparently, there were not much bugs during our stay there. The place is just beside the famous Asanka Cafe.

A beautiful accommodation in a stunning location, with lovely views. We stayed 3 nights in the villa at Capoe House and enjoyed every minute. The villa is very spacious, clean and comfortable, the meals were excellent and the staff were very professional and attentive. We visited the secret waterfall and hiked to the ancient rock. The lunch menu and drinks are not overpriced. We were the only guests during our stay and felt very well looked after.

    From the moment of check in to check out, I had a wonderful stay at orient hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and the food was delicious. Special mention must be made to the GM Mr. Chandima who was always on the scene and attentive to our needs. We were also provided with a Trek to Ella Rock accompanied by hotel staff and a packed hotel lunch which was an incredible experience I would highly recommend. Overall was a great visit and will definitely be staying here again next time I visit.

    This place is like heaven on earth. Situated on the edge of a cliff. It's like living above clouds. Most spectacular view. View from infinity pool is priceless. rooms are very clean. The food was delicious. Staff was very and welcoming to make your stay feel like you are home. I recommend this hotel to everyone (couples or family). I would definitely go back.

    We stay only on night in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was excellent!! The flowers in the garden were really beautiful. We were lucky to see a wedding in the garden on the next morning, with authentic dancers and drummers , not to speak about the couple wearing traditional wedding dress. It was a unique experience.

    Ella is a wonderful place to explore. It’s very clean and has breathtaking views everywhere. The people are kind, the local food is amazing, and it’s perfect for families, friends, or groups.     Badulla is an up and coming tourist destination. It has much to offer but for now is excellent for those wishing to spend time in the hills and and away from the razzmatazz of Ella or the tried and tested Nuwara Eliya.

    Almost everything.

    Almost everything. Location was close to Horton Plains and the owners arranged a tuk tuk ride for a nominal fee. Lovely surrounding. Food was tasty and ample given. Really worth it. Owners were friendly and made the guests feel at home.

    People are really friendly and welcome tourists. City is very small, but attractive. The 9 arches bridge is a place everyone would like to visit. Food available in the restaurants are really testy in a reasonable price. The train ride to ella was a memorable one.

    Haputale is a breathtaking hill town surrounded by lush tea estates and misty mountains. We stayed at Benito Bungalow by The Serendipity Collection, where the in-house chef prepared fresh and delicious meals every day. The cool climate, scenic views, and peaceful setting made it the perfect place to unwind. It’s quieter and less touristy than other hill stations, which adds to its charm. A true hidden gem in Sri Lanka!

    Even though My stay in Badulla was too short to visit all the beautiful places, the trip to Dunhida waterfall was a great experience, especially for kids. The path to Dunhida might be difficult for someone. I believe it was a very nice experience to walk through the jungle. Once you see the waterfall, you will forget all the tiredness.

    It is very safe and tourist-friendly, nice climate. not hot, not tool, cold. Nice view of the mountains. Lot of foreigners. Food and services are mostly for foreigners which is not too hot, a good mix of local and international food, but very reasonably priced.

    Most of the activities are outside of main Haputale the hiking is wonderful as was our visit to Lipton's seat and the tour of the tea factory. Main Haputale not really much going on but the hotel was perfect after a long day of hiking.
