The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, grocery shop nearby, trails for having a walk around the town and forest. The house itself is more or less a "soviet dacha" style, and this is very appealing as you get an authentic experience with modern comforts. Big kitchen, very spacious rooms, excellent outdoor leisure space. Pet friendly if you are considerate and look after your pets and don't leave a mess after your stay. It is a cute and charming North Vidzeme seaside town just on...
It is a cute and charming North Vidzeme seaside town just on the very border with Estonia. A lot of pine trees, fresh air, sea, historical houses and very few people. Stroll around the town and you will see that almost each stone, house and corner have something to say about the amazing history of Ainazi being the center for the sailor education in the past. The nature there is amazing - a lot of trails to explore. It is easy to reach Ainazi by public transport from Riga and other Vidzeme's towns. A quiet place, close to the Estonian boarder and sea. Out of season you can be the only persons walking along the beach. Good for walking and right on the long distance Baltic Way walking route.
