Amazing counter staff who treats you like family. Four staff who go the extra mile. (1) a caring staff who knows I will arrive hotel slightly late and informs tour guide to wait for me. (2) a trusted and reliable staff who promise to find me 1/2 dirham coin and he delivers. (3) a staff who protects guests to warn taxi driver not to over charge fare. The suite was simply perfect! The location couldn’t be better – right in front of the Twin Towers and next to the covered market, full of high-quality local products. The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with the convenience of underground parking. The living space is very well designed, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a proper work area, and all the necessary amenities. The staff were outstanding and truly made the stay special.

    The room rate includes free shuttle from and to CMN airport. She ( driver ) picked me up at the airport very punctually, just in ten minutes. ( I don't know why and was surprised that she recognized me at a glance among many waiting tourists, in spite that we have never met before. ) Although I checked in the hotel late at 22:30pm, they gave me a welcome coffee and delivered me to the airport at 5:00am in the very early morning next day. ( Also, they were so kind even to make breakfast at 4:40a.m. only for me. ) The room was very large and very clean and very comfortable with cable TV and a big bottle of mineral water. Their price was pretty reasonable, and it was worth more than for transit. ( I wanted to stay more in their hotel. ) The staffs ( two ladies ) were very kind and well cared for me. I strongly recommend this hotel.

    The apartment was beautifully decorated.

    The apartment was beautifully decorated. But I was just there for an overnight (16 hour layover!), so I did not have time to explore the apartment more. My favorite spot was the bathroom. The shower was great - beautiful to look at, water the perfect temperature. The apartment manager arranged for a taxi to come and pick me up before check-out time (11am), so I made it back to the airport in plenty of time.

    This is an outer suburb and you are a hostage to the accomodation as they ask you to pay hundreds in taxis to and from the airport. A much cheaper and more accessible option is staying near the train station in the city or within a few stops from the airport

    As a tourist two days are about right- main sights are the Hassan II mosque, Arab league park, Mohammad V square, art deco buildings and don't miss the Habous quarter - nice feel, less hurried with a great cafe (Imperial) and souk. Good tram system from station.

    This apartment is close to the airport (7 min drive by car or taxi). We found it to be spacious and comfortable, with plenty of beds and couches for our family. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathrooms and shower were nicely done. We hope to stay again when we fly through Casablanca.

    Before this trip I'd only been to Marrakech in Morocco - so it was like going from the traditional Morocco to the business side of Morocco - very diverse - it felt like a cross between UK and Spain. Everything is at your finger tips and the city of Casablanca is very walkable.
