Brand new hotel. Lovely modern decor. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Morocco. Bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Nice quiet AC. Friendly staff.

the hotel is in a very good location, cleanliness is in the first place, daily cleaning and towel change, the staff is very kind and helpful, our room has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, the hotel is very close to the beach, also had a good restaurant, but a little further from the hotel there is a restaurant called IL CUCINA Restaurant & Grillade, which I recommend to try. Exceptionally clean and beautiful hotel. Many thanks to Kaoutar, who took care of the cleanliness of our room. Her work was admirable and her cleanliness impeccable. Also, a big thanks to the beautiful and kind receptionist, Bouchara, whose sense of humor and bright nature made our day beautiful. The hotel is located right by the sea. The rooms offer a wonderful view. Shops and the medina are within walking distance.

Superb hotel which exceeded all of my expectations by far. Approx. 35 hotels in 5 years and this is the first one to get a 10. Hands down. Room: Spacious, very light because of the 4 glass ceiling-to-ground sliding doors. I had a room with sea view and could enjoy the sunrise to the fullest. Very comfortable queen size bed. Very clean. A compact bathroom (Small would sound negative) which was very clean as well. Also enough thick bed linen in the closet to keep you warm in case of very cold nights. Staff: All very friendly and working hard. Breakfast: Clean and bright restaurant with plenty of food to choose from. Hotel: Located in the heart of the action on walking distance from the old Portuguese city, the beach and other places to be/see. The hotel has a rooftop bar from which you can enjoy the view. The hotel is kept very clean in all areas. Value: More than exceptional. Noise: There is no noise... It's the sound of life in the heart of a city.

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with a lovely hot shower and a comfy warm bed. And the breakfast was delicious and filling. Most of all, the staff were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make the stay memorable.

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. This time I booked again just for the two days and extended for a further two. The staff are very friendly and always go the extra mile to accommodate customers. They looked after me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be retuning again soon. In terms of location directly across the beach and very quiet. I like it this was as if you want to explore it’s probably a 20 minute walk down adjacent to the beach into Centre-Ville.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, it's very close to the beach and lagoon. The hotel itself is a nice cosy size, with a friendly vibe. The food was a real highlight, especially the oysters, which were some of the best I’ve had. The whole place has a great atmosphere. And the live music at night really brings it to life. It’s good quality, and adds a lot to the overall experience. The staff were really helpful.

    The environment was serene, once you arrive you immediately feel relaxed. The many activities on offer was also a great addition to having a memorable stay(most of which are free). The staff are very diligent and proactive in service provision. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and very tasty! We tried Sel de Mar, George, Oasis and the the Market Place and they were all great!

    A super place and a nice change from the Riads in the cities. Room was perfect with balcony looking out to sea. The Lady of the house runs a very tight organisation. Super Restaurant serving great food. Super chilled place. Just wanted to relax and look out to sea.

    The portuguese fortification on the seashore was spectacular.There is a wonderful beach nearby. Far less foreign tourists than other places. There were some places where garbage disposal was inadequate. It felt very safe everywhere.Busses were very crowded so we used inexpensive taxis.

    Feels a bit like undiscovered St Tropez.

    Feels a bit like undiscovered St Tropez. Beautiful, striking views, nature, bird watching. Unfortunately, the way they cooked fish at most places was not up to par for us. That's pretty much our only complaint though. And the water in April was just a tad cold for swimming. Others were swimming though.

    The place we stayed had flooding issues.

    The place we stayed had flooding issues. Although we had Moroccan speaking interactions, there was zero attempts to resolve the issue. The pool was unusable, there was NO hot tub as advertised, the tv did not work. It was unacceptable.

    It was a dream house, with all amenities.

    It was a dream house, with all amenities. We had a wonderful time. My family enjoyed the Zipliner, Quad bike, long walks in the beach, access to all restaurants in the Mazagon resort. Great SPA, Saloon are just the beginning…..

    The place is neither too big nor too small.

    The place is neither too big nor too small. End of February was a bit too cold for a pleasant visit. The beach is nice and vast so I guess it would make a summer vacation here worth the while! The nice old Portuguese fortress gives a distinct charme and character to El Jadida.
