Our experience at Hotel Amfora - Casa del Mare in Orahovac, Kotor was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The location is stunning – the view over the bay is breathtaking and creates the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. The entire staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. A special mention goes to Vladana, who stood out with her kindness, positive energy, and attention to detail. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for – a true gem!     Everything was incredible. The hotel staff noted that we made the booking for wedding anniversary celebration and greated us with an upgrade and a welcome drink. Also, we asked for a table in the hotel restaurant and they saved a perfect table in the terrace with greate view and atmosphere. The bed was also really confortable. Hotel offers a parking space outside of the walls but close to it, and for that, after checkout they made available a valet that brought us and the bags in a small car so we could skip the 5/10 minutes walk in a hot day.

    We loved the location of the hotel. Right in the middle of the Old Town, but very close to drop off and pick up points. The rooms were very comfortable, the bed particularly, and lots of space for 2 persons . The complimentary breakfast was quite adequate and we were all happy with it.

    Absolutely stunning apartment. Clean, modern, spacious with fantastic views. Pool area is also really good. 8 minute walk to a shop and 25 minute walk to town along the water. Taxi to town is also only €5 or less. Pedja was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any requests.

    The town has lovely old buildings . However, it is like walking through a shopping arcade full of tourist tack. Lots of bars and restaurants. But very little genuine residential buildings. A beautiful town inundated with tourists.

    Cheaper place on the Montenegrin cost and afordable to swim and later eat and have a drink and have good enough accommodation. If you have a car you can go to Perast, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Tivat, or by bus as well.

    A very small peaceful place in the Kotor Bay.

    A very small peaceful place in the Kotor Bay. We were there in August and there was no public events, parties, or other entertaining options. You have only few local stores, a bakery, few restaurants, and a beach to enjoy. The only road leading through Prcanj is pretty very stressful to drive it. It is very narrow and windy with blind corners and yes, count with many stops and much longer ride because of busy traffic. If you need more contents, Kotor is a very nice city to visit nd not so far.

    Good self catering apartment equipped with basic kitchen utensils for cooking. Would be helpful to have some necessities such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, which guests staying only a few nights as we did, are unlikely to purchase. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms means the apartment would be particularly good value when shared between more than one family. Good base for exploring Boka Bay, though there are options closer to Kotor if this is your main reason for visiting. All in all we found the apartment a great base for our short trip. The pool area was lovely with sensational views. We would have liked to know that there was no cafe/ bar on site however, as the photos showed, as this was part of the reason we chose this particular apartment. During the day we ate at Tramontana Beach Bar which was lovely - a bonus was the children’s play area. We had a day out exploring Boka Bay with a private hire boat company - Taxi Boat 65. We found this to be an excellent way to make the most of our short time there and our skipper to be very knowledgeable and informative. On this day we ate at Ribarsko selo - a fish/ seafood restaurant accessed by boat. The setting was beautiful and the food wonderful. You do need to book ahead.

    Donji Stoliv is a quiet and beautiful village, offering an authentic local atmosphere away from the tourist crowds. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Bay of Kotor in a calm, stress-free setting. There are a couple of nice restaurants and a small shop within walking distance, so there’s no real need to go anywhere else unless you want to. It’s an ideal spot for a slow, relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and local life.

    Kotor was better than I thought.

    Kotor was better than I thought. Very picturesque and beautiful. There are lots of restaurants varying prices yto suit all budgets. Kotor is very easy to get around. One trip we did was the cable car. The views from the top were stunning.

    A beautiful little town - relaxed, historic and picture...

    A beautiful little town - relaxed, historic and picture perfect. Love that they have stopped cars entering the town. Restaurants along waterfront were all excellent, staff polite, helpful and spoke good English. Easy boat taxis to Our Lady of the Rocks. Seems to be a popular destination wedding venue, especially at weekends, but this just adds to the buzz of the town. Love love love Perast!! Two days is perfect.

    Nice small place, great with family with children.

    Nice small place, great with family with children. Small beaches, nice and quiet. City center is small but has a nice park and you can find great cafe with excellent cakes. There are restaurants on the seashore that has nice food. There is also museum "Rimski mozaici" that we didn't visit cause it wasn't working but we heard it is great.
