Welcoming, warm and cheerful, she arranged taxis for us to visit the vineyards as well as to go to Kotor. It immediately starts to relax and puts you in a cheerful mood, just like the soft music that spreads through the corridors. The staff is very friendly, cheerful and discreet. I like that the hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Podgorica is small and doesn’t feel like a capital. It has lots of nice parks. There are a couple of art galleries, but they only host temporary exhibitions, so they were closed while the displays were being changed. The girl at the hotel told us that not many tourists come to Podgorica, as the seaside locations are more popular. Even so, we visited many places, enjoyed a really nice cake and coffee during the day, and had dinner at Pod Volat, which is an excellent restaurant. It's a really small village down the road.
It's a really small village down the road. Nice views but this is it, do not expect any attractions. It's basically a good spot to stay for the night while travelling in between different Montenegro localisation (for example if you're planning a boat trip over Skadarlake) Vranjina is a good 1-3 night stay for a cheap price with great local food (prices way better than in the nearby Virpazar).
