Thanks to the hotel as they upgraded to the next premium room which had a great view and espresso machine. The hotel was in a prime location accessible to most attractions of St. Louis by walk. The buffet breakfast had a huge spread and all were delicious. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was huge with nice tub with separate sections for loo and showers.

From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. 100% recommend! Our host Dave was amazing, he helped us through the stay several times, even rented us a nice car, very punctual and helpful. The facility is excellent, there is a gym and a pool for free, very clean with nice views, met all our expectations.
