Amazing view! Witnessed the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony of my luxury suite, and oh my it wasn’t disappointing at all! Felt like the best place to view the fireworks from! The hospitality was beyond expectations.

Amazing place! Definitely the best hotel in Port Louis. We were taken care very well and we got help anytime we needed it. Particularly helpful was the son of the owner. He would ask as whether we were fine or needed something. After we decided to extend our stay, we received chocolate as a present for being loyal guests. We had an fantastic time and we also found the restaurant splendid. We both agreed that we ate the best pizza margarita ever! Strongly recommended.

From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory.
