They arranged our airport transportation, helped us choose the perfect rooms, and even recommended water activities and spa treatments. The reception staff was always super helpful and friendly, and the restaurant staff was always smiling and happy to serve us. The boat trip guides were also top-notch, and the ladies in the spa were simply incredible. We only stayed for three nights, but they made us feel so special and welcome. Best staff ever!
And the island itself is gorgeous! The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. Highly recommend 👌

As our flight was quite late, we reached the hotel at night and they let us check in and deal with the paperwork the next morning. Small details but it definitely helped us to settled and rested right in smoothly.
The room was exactly as pictured, and in really top notch condition. A lot of attention and creative thought was given to design the entire space, making every corner looking so aesthetically pleasing. The price point was yet another impeccable one, definitely value for money.
As it was quite new, the space doesn’t feel overpopulated but not cold. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we felt very well taken care of. Definitely highly recommend!

TurkeyFirst of all, I highly recommend you read it until the end. An excellent facility on a small and quiet local island full of underwater riches. As soon as you put your feet into the water at the tourist beach, you are surrounded by dozens of different species of fish, but swimming with the fish seen on Youtube is a priceless experience. Mr. Ahmad, the owner of the hotel, is a very polite and helpful person. He is very professional in making all the necessary arrangements for you when you arrive from the capital to the island, in welcoming you at the entrance and when you leave the island. If you want to participate in off-island activities, they will help you as much as they can. You have breakfast as an open buffet at the best restaurant on the island. You should definitely try the product made especially from fresh tuna. Among the 4 hotels I stayed in on 4 different islands during my Maldives trip, this was definitely the newest, cleanest and cheapest. I can guarantee that you will feel at home in this hotel. I would also like to consider that restaurants, off-island activities, and many other things on the island are cheaper than on many tourist islands.
Also; Mahibadhoo may not be the best island in the Maldives, but it is a fact that there are better ones in terms of nature and tourism. But if you really want to relax in a quiet environment, this quiet and tiny island located in the natural wonder South Ari Atoll is definitely one of the best local islands you can find. Never mind that the tourist beach is smaller than some, because there are only a few people on the beach at most, so the beach is yours! I definitely recommend splitting your Maldives holiday across more than one island, as I did, and devoting at least some of it to this island and this hotel.

Excellent service. The first day they gave me a compliment in the form of a delicious dinner! Athief is a handsome guy, well done. he drove me around the island, showed me everything and took me beautiful photos, videos with a drone. He supervised me throughout my vacation. Athief a special big thank you to you. You can take a bike, masks and fins. The hotel is very conveniently located closer to the beach. The island is very beautiful and clean. If will come back to Thoddoo, then only to this hotel.

Czech RepublicMy stay was absolutely amazing. The villa has a private beach and breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owner is a great person who do his best to make sure guests are comfortable and will help with everything, especially arranging transfers to and from the airport. One of the staff will pick you up at the port and take you to the villa. You can communicate with the owner via WhatsApp or in person as he stops by the villa at least once a day. The facilities of the villa are very good, nice clean rooms, housekeeping with change of towels and beach towels whenever you ask for it. Basically no mosquitoes in my room. Cold drinking water available for free 24/7. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared by fantastic chefs. I highly recommend this accommodation, it felt like home.

No panic, no worries from the moment you land in Male. They have their own people there, which is easy to find - they are wearing Ecoboo T-shirts. And we are waiting for you. Once you land, you are taken care of... Recommended for people who travel to Maldives for the first time in their arrangement. Breakfast self-service options include American breakfast, Continental breakfast, Oatmeal, Sausage, Bacon, Cereal, French toast, Hash browns, various omelets, juice, water (lemon), coffee, tea, hot milk, yogurt, and fresh fruits (watermelon, papaya, orange, apples). Dinner was the same variety of foods from around the world. The dinner was the same. Fresh fruits are always available, as are a variety of pastries (even at breakfast). The location is on the beach, no extra coverage is needed, fresh beach towels every day, fresh bedsheets, towels are impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally kind ( they do everything one needs even if that's not their job). The locals are different from other atolls, more tolerable and understanding for tourists than in any atol I've been to. Water stripped: the places deep enough to swim - white sand and the coral reef for snorkeling. Convenient for small children, with plenty of natural shade and enough sunbeds. The beach is long and extensive. The stores are a 1-minute walk from the hotel (please note that it is polite for you to cover your skin while walking into the center, as is customary on all atolls).

The island, rooms, and all areas were spotlessly clean at all times. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Every day, we received 1 liter of water per person in the room; we also brought some extra water, so we didn’t need to buy more, as full board covers drinks only at breakfast (tea/coffee). The only small downside was the Wi-Fi coverage, which was quite poor — but honestly, it didn’t disturb us at all, as we spent most of our time enjoying the island and only checked our phones briefly at night. I only stayed overnight in Male and, in general, it was enough. Simply passing though to get my flight home. As expected the city is noisy, busy and hectic. Wow the contrast from the laid-back, easygoing atol where I was based for the holiday. However, I still quite enjoyed it. The guy from the diving company arranged a tour guide for me whose policy was that I pay him what I thought his time was worth. I got to experience the traffic from a scooter (quite scary to begin with) was taken to the market and given lots of free samples of local foods to try and had visits to all the important sites in three brilliant hours. He also introduced me to a wonderful restaurant - The Seagull Cafe- where I visited another twice before leaving the food and the coffee were so good.Guest review byJamesUnited Kingdom - 10

One of the most beautiful places in the world. Wherever you look, you'll find postcard worthy landscape. The ocean was very clean, ideal for snorkling and apparently it was a good spot for surfing as well. All in all, a must see.Guest review byÁkosHungary - 10

Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced. One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an airy feel to it with lots of greenery - almost colonial. The East side is quiet for traffic although it's close to the seaplane flight paths - I didn't find that intrusive. The West side has the harbour with the ferry terminal and where the liveaboards anchor between trips. When I was there there had been a lot of recent building work so I would avoid staying there. I loved the proximity to Male for ease of arrival and departure. I also loved looking at the city lights from afar, whilst being separated by stunningly turquoise waters and the gentle sounds of lapping waves. The marine life in the lagoon was plentiful and beautiful, and I had many marine visitors near my villa at all hours of the day. The snorkelling with sharks-excursion was probably the single best experience, but the resort itself was the star of the whole experience. The quality of the villa (amazing bed, wonderful toiletries from L'Occitane, the view, the constant refill of free fresh water and Nespresso coffee) and the rest of the resort (amazing food, world-class spa) was the stuff of holiday dreams!Guest review byInaNorway - 10

The people that work there in the island are very genuine and polite and helpful, always smiling. They make your time there very pleasant. Don’t forget to tip them. I absolutely would return!
I absolutely would return! After the fact I was told this was a Russian resort but we interacted with a variety of guests during our visit. Our neighbors were guests 20 years ago and returned with two children. They were having an absolute ball. I loved the swim up bar at the pool - and the fact it was at the opposite end (along with a divider) from the children's area. Super attentive and friendly staff, great meals, I didn't tire of the options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurant was lovely too. We did the all inclusive and it was definitely worth it. The most beautiful sea I have ever seen in my entire life. And mind you, I have visited many seas in many countries! For food, I recommend the restaurant at the Dhiguveli hotel and the Teapot restaurant. Getting around the island is very easy; you can reach any place quickly on foot. An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. I enjoyed pretty much everything. It was a super place to go for a one week holiday. You're a captivated audience on such a small island but there was more than enough to keep you occupied for the week.
