A wonderful hotell with fantastic views. From the moment you set foot in the Hotel from the moment we checked out the level of customer service was flawless. Close to Bukit Bintang and the closest MRT station was less than a 5 minute walk. The facilities are fantastic. The pool on level 51 was impressive and the adjacent sky deck was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a large choice of Indian, Asian and Western food. The suites was large and had every appliances you need. The view from the living room was fantastic, especially at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were beyond our expectations. We loved that modern and local design and products were tastefully combined to create a comfortable space. Great breakfast. We enjoyed having the usual Western options and then being able to dip into the local cuisine. Perfect location. 24-hour check-in since we arrived in the wee hours. Amenities such as toothbrushes and cutlery are available upon request, except for shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body/hand wash, which are provided in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved the comfort, the cleanness, the decor, the friendly staff...everything of this hotel!! Especially compared to others of supposedly similar tenure that we tried in KL, this one was really great. Great views, great facilities with the 2 wonderful pools, superb view, the touch of the fresh infused water at reception, the washing machine and great appliances in the room kitchen, not to mention the quality of their toiletries.

I enjoyed everything, and the hotel services were exactly what I expected. The breakfast and lunch had wonderful options. The infinity pool view was excellent, gym and spa options were incredible. The premier infinity room on level 41 offers you a unique view of the Twin Towers, the city, and KL Tower. Exceptional room services. The Sky 51 restaurant/bar was amazing with a great view of Kuala Lumpur. Position of the hotel is very close to the main tourist attractions.

    One World Hotel is our go-to hotel each time we travel back to KL. You cannot beat it's location - connected to one of the largest and best shopping mall in Malaysia, One Utama and also the Bandar Utama MRT station so you could easily take a trip to the city center. Their breakfast is something I always look forward, they have a large variety of spread, ranging from local Malay, Chinese, Indian and even Japanese, to Western food. You need to have a stomache like a cow in order to enjoy every single dish there! Their staff are always friendly and helpful, we always feel welcomed.

    It is a great hotel. Massive and generous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The mini bar was refilled every day for no cost during our 4 nights stay. Staff are very friendly and super efficient. We were given a room on the 34th floor with a view of Merdeka 118! It was convenient to walk or catch a taxi from here to any where. The shopping mall which is in the Times Square building has everything. We would love to stay here again.

    We had been in KL twice before.

    We had been in KL twice before. The city has a certain flair and functions well, but I still don't really get warm with it. Walking is extremely difficult and not just because of the heat and humidity. Sidewalks are tiny, if existent. There are frequent detours around shops, malls, with long phases of red lights on corners. Everything time consuming and not so pleasant. I will say that visiting the Petronas Towers still impresses me - you see the vast dimensions of the city.

    We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. We stayed at the IBIS KLIA. The room was very basic, but it was all we needed for the night. The pool was fantastic!

    Cyberjaya on its own has nothing much to do but Putrajaya is nearby. Beautiful government offices, mosques, bridges, parks to visit. Recommend to take a drive during day time and night time....the look is very different. Lots of food and hotel options in Cyberjaya. Good for a one night stay.

    The food if you the right place to go to. If you like Bak Kut Teh, there are a couple of shops which are good in P.Klang and Bukit Tinggi area. Lots of cafes. Traffic jams are daily affair and if you plan your time you may avoid the long jam. Explore the jetties & Crab Island if you have the time. Seafood is really fresh.

    It's a melting pot for foodies! Although it doesn't have any natural attractions by itself, it is a good place to put up should you plan to travel to nearby natural attractions such as Hulu Langat's camping ground or Putrajaya, Malaysia's administrative capital. Food will not be a problem and food lovers will be spoilt for choice!

    Lots of places for good food but you need to Google. Traffic is legendary - meaning it's bad. Not many malls, just Pavilion Bukit Jalil which is nearby, then there's IOI Mall Puchong and a little further is Sunway Pyramid. Doubt there's any touristy places nearby. There is LRT/MRT though so it is easy to move around.
