Amazing experience. Super cool system with check-in and online keys - loved it (never had this anywhere before). Super friendly stuff. Great central location and close to the bus station. Good bonus - got a free update for a king suit with a beautiful view. Super clean and absolutely stunning design. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic motel! Extremely clean, kitchenette, comfortable beds. The cafe in the lobby is really great, with excellent customer service. We only stayed for one night between arriving in Christchurch and picking up our camper van, but we would absolutely stay again. The staff was so helpful in providing a late checkout so that we could bring the camper van to the motel to pack up instead of hauling everything to the rental office. This is a motel, not a resort hotel, as a motel it is a 10/10! Couldn’t have asked for better amenities!

Loved absolutely everything, from the well thought out design to the comfortable bed. The view from the bathtubs and even the ability to Bluetooth your own music through the room.     Opuke Thermal Pools & Spa are a must see, must do. World class! The mountains are beautiful. If you have transport, close by is Ashburton, Lake Coleridge and much more. The information centre in Methven, "I-Hub" is a wealth of information and things to do. Off the beaten track, an alive, looked after, vibrant small town NZ with genuine charm and a smile. My wife and I loved it, we will be back.

    Pleasant and friendly country city with easy access and roads. Quality shopping and food outlets. Close to rivers, lake and mountains and handy on why to Dunedin. Two very interesting museum - aviation and old world. The park gardens are superb for walks and picnic.

    Springfield is only an hour from Christchurch yet so close...

    Springfield is only an hour from Christchurch yet so close to great scenery for drives and many sporting activities including Mt Hutt Ski Fields plus others. Arthur's Pass is a fabulous drive, Rakaia Gorge is beautiful, the drive to Coleridge Power Station, at the back of Mt Hutt is very scenic. The town of Methven is not far away. And there is so much more to see. Springfield is a fabulous base for so much to do and see!

    Luxurious and welcoming.

    Luxurious and welcoming. The restaurant at Terrace Downs was exceptional. Highly recommend the Mt Cook Salmon main. Extensive wine selection and great service. Would love to have stayed longer as there is so many exciting activities to choose from.

    I really like kaiapoi and I would like to stay there but...

    I really like kaiapoi and I would like to stay there but would definitely stay in another motel I found everyone friendly and found some good Cafés at night I were at the speedway at Woodfordglen that was the reason I stayed in kaiapoi because it was close to the speedway track.

    On our way back home to Queenstown, my husband was so tired so we decided to do a last minute booking, was only one room left and we were lucky to get it. The property manager was so kind and very helpful, room was great all we needed a great bed and easy location to drive out.
