Love the mulled wine (the best I've ever had in nz). The restaurant was full and the food was amazing, we had seafood chowder, pork ribs, and a burger. The room is spacious and love the idea of providing the electronic blanket.

Hot thermal heated pool outside our door! Excellent location in small township, quiet, walk to free DOC thermal walk and short drive to lake. Spotlessly clean!!! 10 stars for cleanliness. The new beds were excellent. The family unit had a lot of room Note: The Tokaanu Hotel is an older establishment, but it is in the process of an upgrade, and the price absolutely reflects this. We would absolutely stay again.

Ofcause the hot pool the most 🙂. The staff was so friendly.. even spoke my language, hehe. The room smelled so nice and was so clean. The bed ws so comfortable. I wish we could stay longer. Will definitely will come again.
