We had a wonderful stay! The host (Homeed) gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. His hospitality was truly outstanding – nothing was too much to ask. The accommodation was well-equipped with thoughtful extras, such as a universal power adapter, which came in very handy. The location is great – easy to reach by car (no 4x4 needed) and only a 30-minute drive from the start of the Balcony Walk at Jebel Shams. There is a secure parking area behind a closed gate, which made us feel very safe. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner that was served. Highly recommended!

Big room with one double bed and one single bed, perfect for three adults or a family with two children, lovely view of the sunset, and brand-new, comfortable bedding throughout. Salman was really friendly and gave us wood for the bonfire because we had forgotten to bring it. we conducted a Bonfire and Bar BQ in the Guesthouse.The location and view were excellent, and there was ample parking inside the guest house for three or four Cars. Each room included a double bed with extra single bed, an large hall, and a separate kitchen was also available. Microwave oven/fridge and kettle with coffee and tea were available. Large open space was available, as was the large living room with dining table.

Perfect place for family or group that wants to stay close enough to Jabel Shams and the Balcony walk. You have planty of space, perfect sunset view just outside the house and goats for company. It is arou d 30 minutes drive from the Balcony walk. Close to the house is a small local coffee shop with good Omani sandwiches. Very friendly owner will bring you breakfast in the morning. I recommend this place.

Noor the manager (from Bangladesh) was super friendly and had exceptional customer service attitude. Also the other people working there were super nice!!! Waiter at the restaurant (from Bangladesh) was also super nice!

We had an incredible stay at the Sunset House in Jabal Shams. The host (Mr. Mousa) went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. When one of our cars broke down on the way, he personally came to pick us up and took us to the villa in his own car. After taking us to the villa located on top of the mountain, he went back, took the broken car to a mechanic, and had it fixed! Not only that, but he invited us for lunch twice and was constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay. His hospitality truly made our trip memorable. The villa itself was comfortable, well-equipped and super clean beds and rooms, and the stunning views of Jabal Shams added to the experience. Highly recommended!
