We loved this old family house, which is now a nice small heritage hotel. Our en-suite room was big, nicely decorated, very clean, the bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly, and particularly Mr Rahman at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast was served down on the terrace of the Café, and was delicious, with a lovely view on the castle, which is right opposite. WiFi and AC were functioning well. Free car park is available in front of the hotel.

This hotel is highly recommend for the quality/price offered. .The room was large and comfortable. The staff and the receptionist extremely friendly. Especially Tariq who helped me navigate the area with good detailed plans to make my visit in the Dhofar region very pleasantHe also allowed a late check out.The breakfast and meals were plentiful and varied.The Chef Mufsi and Saif tried to make everything work well and even provided me with deluxe service and meals .This hotel has also a relaxing swimming pool and what was to be a stay of one night ended in 3 night stay! Thank you all for a wonderful stay. A perfect stay for knowing all the region.

    The breakfast was very decent. They kept changing the menu every day so we didn't had to eat same stuff every day. We had an executive suite with 2 rooms so the room was decent size with nice and comfy beds. Staff was friendly and the hotel was decently cleaned. The location of the hotel is pretty amazing and gives easy access to the main highways, nearby attractions and a lot of eating options. The AC and heater was working perfect.     We got something like a separate small villa with our own terrace and it was really nice! The room itself was spacious and cozy, had everything required - bed, desk, fridge, chairs; bathroom had all amenities including toiletries and towels.
