O gosh everything! THE VIEW!!! Especially by the swimming pool during the sunset. Food was delicious as well. HUGE and delicious breakfast. Great staff!!! They were taking care of me all the time and they were super nice and patient ☺️

After a nightmare mix up with flights, We booked a last minute stay at Dinah’s and was not disappointed at all. All staff were lovely and very accomodating, the rooms were clean and aircon available. We had breakfast included and they asked for our preferences. Swimming pool has a swim up bar which wasnt operating as we arrived close to midnight but still a cool spot to relax.

Exquisite service, extremely kind people from front office, to housekeeping, to the lovely young man standing at breakfast. We booked the two bedroom villa which was very very spacious and clean. I have never seen as many amenities in a hotel room, even though we have stayed at a large amount of 5 star hotels around the world. Anything you think of they had it, from bathrobes, to ALL toiletries and EVEN a weighing scale!! Was nice to check how much weight we had put on during the holiday haha. Breakfast was included and we had one of the best breakfasts out of all our stays in the Philippines. It wasn’t a huge buffet, but perfect choices for everyone to have a lovely breakfast. Also one of the few places (if not the first) where breakfast tea was offered during breakfast instead of only coffee. The kids had a blast at the pool. I could not recommend this place enough, it’s just the perfect hotel in Puerto Princessa. Staff go above and beyond and deserve everything they get.

    we had a wonderful week at hibiscus inn. The staff was SO nice and helpful all the time. The rooms were neatly cleaned and sufficient in terms of space and furniture. the restaurant is incredible - you can order food from all around the world, and it is really delicious and high quality. The breakfast has a variety of sets to choose from too, and all of them were really good. The staff helped us throughout the week, and we booked two day trips via the reception, which was very smooth! We also had massage two times which was great. overall, if you look for a place to stay in PP, this is the spot! We are so happy we chose this place and we will definitely come back! Thank you to the staff at Hibiscus Garden In!

    Great location in Puerto Princessa, local transport's available on the main road just outside of the resort whenever you need it. They'll also arrange your transport around the rest of Palawan which made things easy. The staff as well as the manager were incredible - very helpful people and accommodated my girlfriend and myself fantastically. The site is well maintained and the rooms are spacious and very clean with a great wifi connection. If you're looking for comfort and a beautiful place to relax with everything you need than look no further. This gem in Puerto Princessa has it all and you get more than what you paid for.

    The view, ambiance, perfect for kids and rooms were very clean, staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. As a family of 3 we were lucky to received the best room of all. My son a 2 yrs old that loves the ocean was given the closest room from the front yard, from the pool and restaurant. We came early and was given the room 1hr before check in. The receptionist were very polite and nice to help us out. We loved our stay. Thank you.

    We like the service, staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Also we love the amenities, from bathtub in our room, different types of outdoor pools (like jacuzzi, kiddie pool, pool with slide) and we went to the sandbar by kayak. We really enjoyed them all. The facilities are clean and elegant too. Nicely designed lobbies, restaurant, even the toilets.

    A very quiet location, perfect after a delayed flight from Manila , picked up by Romero and arrived to a very warm welcome including a welcome drink, stayed in room 210 with a rear facing balcony towards the sea, bright and spacious. Fab swimming pool and terrace. All the team were great, breakfast choices were good and the food too.

    We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

    Every day I walked from the hotel to Sabang wharf on the beach and on one day had coffee, adobo and itlog in a small cafe there. Everyone was very friendly, and I bought some Pasalubong, when they did not have my tee shirt size, they went to another shop to get it for me and to get change when I gave them 1000 peso note. I asked directions to the falls, but no one was exactly sure where it was or how long it would take to get there. The place was secure (police station at the wharf and coastguard and army regularly on patrol in the area. I eventually found the park that a friend recommended (5 km from the hotel) and had an excellent buffet lunch there twice and again they made Chester very welcome, the park was free and had some interesting, recycled artworks and a tribute to the devastation in the area by Typhoon Odette- well worth a visit. Also visit Buenavista viewpoint- the local community run it and you can get Buko juice, coffee, snacks and Pasalubong plus take great photos of the bay

    Worst public ride rates, not regulated, mostly a rip-off. The streets are unsafe with so many potholes, no street cleaners to keep the dust away. I appreciate the vehicles stopping when a person crosses the street.

    The only point of living in this town is to take a tour of the underground river. The city itself is not made for people, and especially not for tourists. The only tourist street is Rizal Street, there are a few nice restaurants there, and that's it - there is nothing else to do in the city, nowhere to walk.
