This hotel is a hidden gem in Karachi. It exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Such an artistic place. Misss Kashaf was there to help us settle easily. She gave me a free room upgrade upon learning I am coming to the hotel with my newly wed bride. And the room was sumptuous. The bathrooms there are state of the art. The breakfast and food was so delicious. I could visit the hotel just to have food there. All in all, a lovely & peaceful stay. Highly Recommended.

I’ve had an amazing stay at Hamsun and have had much informative conversations with its super friendly and helpful staff. Felt really nice meeting the owner on my check out. What lovely people they are!! Rooms and beds are super comfy and Netflix served the nights beautifully. It’s the place you want to be when you get back from a full and long day out. Apartment is in a high rise building in Clifton. There are a lot of shops downstairs. There's a lot going on in the evenings. Very beautiful. There is little going on during the day. Rooms are large and very clean and quiet for Pakistani standards. There is security in the house. There's no need to be afraid. Very safe area. The staff is very friendly and fulfills every wish. It's not a hotel. Apartment house where other families also live. Apartment part is separate from others. Breakfast is served in the room. you can determine the time. Tasty and clean! Compared to European standards, you always have to make some compromises. I can definitely recommend it!!! Price-performance is TOP!! Clifton Beach is nearby with horse and camel rididing. They are a lot of Rikshas. You can go evereywere for 200-300 Rupies.

Roads are very bad, often overcrowded and with many dangerous motorcyclists who don’t seem to have any awareness of the road safety and traffic rules. Hire a car with a driver from a reliable company and explore this fascinating city. The city government and the law enforcement agencies should consider strictly implementing safety and security measures so that tourists feel safe in all areas of interest. Once that’s achieved, many poor and local businesses will benefit from tourism.
