CanadaI absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Amazing location and the view (4th floor). The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were extremely polite, professional and very helpful (they were able to help me to find a nice beauty salon in Ustron and in the matter of a few hours to book an appointment for me). Wellness and SPA very nice facility and friendly staff. This is my first visit to this hotel and certainly not the last. I definitely recommend!

The pool, sauna, ping-pong, air-hockey, etc. were great.
We ordered dinner from the menu in the hotel restaurant and it was always excellent.
The views from the balconies were perfect too.

AustriaAlmost everything was perfect. Personal was very friendly and helpful. It was possible to leave luggage at the recpetion before check in and we could already start exploring Ustron. We were at 4* part of the hotel and room was big and modern. There are many attractions included in the price, for example swimming pool, sauna, playground, palyroom for children and also animation for children. Breakfast was very good with a big choice of food and drinks. Everyone could find something. Hotel is located approximatelly 20 minutes on foot from railway station and town center and 10-15 minutes on foor from Park Lesnych Niespodzianek. I really recommend it for families with children.

There were comfy beds and pillows, lovely shower with a solid water pressure and constant temperature, and kids loved the garden with a playground and a trampoline. The balcony with a mountain view on one side and a garden terrace on another side gave us plenty of options to enjoy both the morning and the evening sun. We had nice weather, so the indoor playroom was not used much, but it was still great that so much space was devoted to keeping your kids happy even when indoors. If you prefer, you can take a leisurely walk from the city center to reach the villa, or you can easily hail a taxi. The staff at the hotel are more than willing to assist you in arranging transportation, whether it's to the nearby mountains or for a pickup from the villa. It's worth noting that while the staff may not speak English fluently, they are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful family holiday with our three children. An ideal place for a quiet holiday. At the same time, short and interesting trips to nature or for fun are available, even to the Czech Republic. Hospitable and responsive host. Upon arrival, we found nice gifts for adults and children. Any small problems were resolved instantly. Wonderful comfortable home, adapted to accommodate a large family. There are all living conditions and opportunities for recreation in the yard. The city is perfect for a short stay and breathing some fresh air. It's really easy to visit a nearby Wisła as well - buses leave every hour or two. It's really difficult to find a decent dining place. Everything's overpriced and the staff is generally rude everywhere you go. There's a wonderful wildlife sanctuary (Leśny Park Niespodzianek) placed on one of the hills of Ustroń - it's definitely a place worth visiting.Guest review byLancetkaPoland
