The friendliness of the entire staff, the perfect location (all sights are within walking distance and two metro stations are also within walking distance), the housekeeping was impeccable, the shower pressure was excellent, and the proximity to a supermarket and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay at Hotels 705 Porto Prime Home! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The location is ideal and situated in a peaceful area. I recently stayed at this newly built hotel located in the very center of Porto, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel boasts a great designer interior, where it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail of the decor. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their attentiveness truly made a difference. The location is perfect for exploring Porto’s main attractions on foot. The hotel also features a nice restaurant with a delightful menu, as well as a large indoor pool—ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. If you're looking for a stylish stay with excellent amenities and a prime location, this hotel is a great choice!

    I could right a novelle of this place, but I´ll try to be short: It is the very best hotel I´ve stayed in in whole my life, 98 countries visited. Of course it´s subjective, and you can find a lot of hard-luxury ones, but if: You are not into big resorts You are not into too (I mean WAY TOO) fancy and luxurious places If you ARE into relaxing, calm, discreet, stylish, neatly designed small boutique hotels with a GREAT restaurants for the dinner and the best breakfasts you can imagine; If you are into the places where you feel the staff to be your friends, not servants; If the view from your room´s window is importnat for you; If you like little (or not so little) surprises :) Then this is the place I can recommend the most. I´ve been to hundreds different hotels, but this is the palce we will be dreaming of. Go and get this experience yourself.

    I recommend travelling outside the main holiday periods, as Porto has been discovered by many world tourists! Take the train from the wonderful Sao Bento station along the Douro river. The most scenic part is the final hour between Pinhao and Pocinho which is stunning. Boat trips along the river with views of the six bridges and the ancient boats that carried the wine barrels are very enjoyable, and a visit to the amazing central market is a must! Walk round with a glass of wine and choose items to take to a table to enjoy. Children would also love a return trip on the cable car, which is close to the wine caves. Make sure you also include a Fado concert!

    We liked the bed (a king size bed made of 2 twin beds): very good mattresses, very nice sheets. The location is excellent: in a quiet part of Vila Nova de Gaia, a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, Jardim do Morro, the river front, the wine cellars and supermarkets. Bring your best running shoes and train your calves before coming! The apt. M, the one with the balcony on the front and the church-like window, is on the top floor, accessible by elevator. It’s a good size for a couple. The kitchen has everything to cook a simple meal. There is a secure luggage storage in the lobby, very convenient. Adelaide (room service) is very nice.

    Matosinhos is a good place to visit if you want a vibrant neighbourhood near the sea. It’s not an holiday resort people live there it’s the type of place we like visiting. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes to suit your tastes. Public transport is good and plenty of opportunities to explore on foot.

    This place gets a well-deserved 5 stars—no doubt about it! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, cozy, and totally like home. It’s huge, sparkling clean, and honestly… it looks even better than in the photos (and that’s saying something!). Usually with apartments that look this good, you think: “Yeah right, too good to be true.” But nope—this one actually turned out to be better than too good! It’s got everything. And I mean everything: coffee machine, iron, washing machine, dishwasher… you name it, it’s there—and all in tip-top shape. We were just the two of us, but there’s more than enough space for 4 or even 6 people to hang out comfortably. And the view… wow. Just wow. Need a room with a view? Look no further—this is the one!

    Vila do Conde is a charming town that is a far cry from the hustle and bustle of a large city, if that is what you are used to, or looking to get away from. There are many good restaurants in the area. We hired a car for the duration of our stay as we wanted to travel further afield whilst adding stops along the way and choosing the most scenic routes.

    I had returned from a holiday in the UK and needed to stay near the airport as it was a night time arrival. The suites are just a 5 minute walk from the airport, and also very close to a metro station for getting into Porto. I stayed in a different apartment the night before my trip, however, I wish I had known about these suites as I would also have stayed here the night before my outward journey. Conveniently located is an excellent, traditional Portuguese restaurant just along the street. Big portions, friendly staff - some speak English - and very inexpensive. The rooms are more than what you need, and the shared kitchen area with complementary breakfast are an added bonus. It is also possible to cook in the kitchen as there is a cooker and fridge. A great place to stay.

How can the city approve building a new hotel without either a designated parking lot or underground parking? And: The hotel accepts small pets. A good thing! But there's nowhere around the hotel for pets to be walked and do their business.
