Great location, good size room and very nicely decorated. The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. Food was of a high standard and very tastey. The view from the main restaurant/lobby bar was probably the best in the the area, especially sunset. Loved the fact the staff made an effort to help some small cute stray puppies. We will definitely stay again

Very relaxing and nice hotel. Amazing views from the hotel room. Very good breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing and the hotel also have free parking.

My stay at Grey Hotel in Kopaonik was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s perfect location, right by the ski slopes, made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains – waking up to that was magical. The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat after skiing, while the food was absolutely delicious – from the generous breakfast buffet to the refined dinner menu. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. The property was vast and clean with great service . Mara from the reception desk was very helpful : she recommended some places to visit . The hotel is attached to the slopes , which is very comfortable for skiing and snowboarding in the winter . Room service was excellent and basically everything was amazing.

Wonderful welcoming with local homemade drinks. The hotel offers also dinner which is comfy after ski and the food (both dinner and breakfast) was homemade and very tasty. The SPA is very small, but we were alone in it and it was very romantic and a very relaxing experience. The hotel is quiet and cosy.
