The apartment is in a good location, 5 minutes from the city centre. It is comfortable, nice and good to relate between money and quality. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the air conditioning warming of the apartment; the bathroom was a little bit cold.

    The place looks really authentic, clean, and cozy. The hosts are extremely polite and hospitable. They greeted us with coffee and rakija and were always available and approachable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the city life and get off grid.

    We arrived one hour earlier than what we have started. The host was very kind and took us in immediately. Very nice temperatures of the rooms and it is really close to the walking central area of Sokobanja.

    Soko Banja is one of the healthiest places on the planet.

    Soko Banja is one of the healthiest places on the planet. There are hot springs, forest trails, breathtaking nature and amazing food. I tend to go back whenever I can as it really boosts your health. You can buy teas, honey, and other natural remedies, and if you are struggling with asthma, this place is a must. "Milosev konak" is a local landmark with amazing food. The Turkish bath with the hot spring and massages is a must. Take a walk or take a taxi to the Ripaljka waterfall and or the Soko Grad fortress. There are brooks, forests and streams where you can immerse yourself in the nature and get away from the busy lifestyle.

    Zajecar is a small city that has been developing from a small old village for decades. The streets are all scattered out and it looks like a maze if you are looking for the places in the streets that are not in the center. The streets are full of patched-up holes even with open holes that weren't patched up. There are lots of broken old buildings and abandoned ones in the center too. It smells bad and there's nothing special to do or see except for the mall and the square events. People are nice and kind mostly but the fast food is not edible at all, it makes you vomit. The restaurants are nice and the staff there is so kind.

    Eating in Lounge Bar Shumski and Konak Zdrma. Enjoying cofee in Sunce. Walking arround to Ski renting Aphrodite Hill Appartments. Small place. Not so much to do there, but with SKi center Stara Planina good combination for winter visit.

    Charming little city, Nice river bank and bridges. Extraordinary beautiful open swimming pool at Banjica near Knjazevac. Nothing is working during week-ends- like museums, historical and etno spots. Most of the local restaurants are not working on Sunday.

    The nature is stunning!

    The nature is stunning! Rtanj mountain looks amazing and we had a very good time walking on the top of the mountain - Šiljak. In the nearby you can visit Sokobanja (Sokograd), some of the beautiful waterfalls, Krivi vir, Grza and many more natural attractions.

    Soko Banja in Serbia is a fantastic hidden gem in the heart of Europe, perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful getaway. The surrounding nature is stunning, with beautiful hills, mountains, rivers, and forests to explore. It has a lot of spa places, including the traditional Turkish hamam. Some of the must see in Soko Banja: Ozren, Župan plaža, Pećina, Borići, Bovan lake (Bovansko jezero), restaurants in the pedestrian street. While the town's infrastructure isn't the best, it's gradually improving. And you will not mind it, as hospitality of the locals, prices will shock you in a positive way! A big plus is the affordability—accommodation and the delicious local food are incredibly cheap, making it a great destination for travelers on a budget. Definitely worth a visit!

    We could not see a lot because we arrived in the afternoon...

    We could not see a lot because we arrived in the afternoon and left early next day, but we enjoyed everything - a short walk and early dinner in the restaurant "Dva brata" with excellent traditional food and of course "Zaječarsko" beer, afterward we had a pleasant relaxing time in the accommodation. I wish if we could have stayed longer.

    Very cheap ski resort, good slopes for beginners and mid-skiers with nice lift and view. We liked the traditional Serbian dishes and the AMAZING gluwein at the bottom of the slopes. You can stay in the villages that lead to Crni Vrh and go there only for the slopes.

    There are many options on Rtanj, what to visit.

    There are many options on Rtanj, what to visit. It is peacefull and ideal for nature lovers and for getaway from everyday's noice and buzz. Air is clean, you can breathe deeply. Food is domestic and traditional (you could never eat that type, quality and amount of food for that low price in any other town in Serbia). People there are open-minded. Everyone comes for their own reason. During the winter it isn't crowded, so you can enjoy in silence. There are many energetic places. Even if you are traveling by yourself, you will meet likeminded people and will never be alone. :)
