It is a beautiful area in Saudi Arabia. You'll enjoy stunning landscapes during cold months because the rain and water allow greens to cover the dry rocks creating a magical view of the desert. This is the perfect escape from the city, if you enjoy nature, hiking, waterfalls (during certain months), camels, and rural Saudi life, you would enjoy Ash Shafa. Taif is a good place to visit, especially during the summer when the temperature is very moderate compared to other cities in the Middle East. It is a small town, but has quite a few sceneries and good cloudy weather to enjoy most of the year.
