We rented apartment with sauna in what seems to be newer building in the complex, and it was very comfortable. Apartment has a nice terrace facing the forest. You may even see deer walking around. Multiple hiking paths are within short driving distance. If you love snow during your winter holiday, go to...
If you love snow during your winter holiday, go to Funäsdalen. We had upto 120cm! Daily freshly prepared cross country tracks and various downhill skiing opportunities. Do you like snow mobiles? It is heaven there! Do you not use them? Be prepared for a lot of noise! However, if you want to do winter hiking on prepared pathes, this is not the place to be.Guest review byOraNetherlands - 10.0

Vemdalen is a fantastic destination for skiers! The slopes are well-maintained and offer a great variety for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced skiers. The lifts run smoothly, and queues are short, making the whole skiing experience even more enjoyable. The trails are well-marked, and the snow conditions are excellent.
