Beautiful rooms with plenty of space. Light and bright. Very comfortable bed with good quality linen and pillows. Tea and coffee available. The pool is fabulous with lovely open area around. Great local area with good shopping and cafes. Go to Pixies for the best pedicure and manicure. in the shopping centre next to the hotel.

An excellent hotel in a great location! Many attractions are within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped and offered a stunning view of both the city skyline and lush greenery, creating a jungle-like atmosphere. The gym and swimming pools with city views were outstanding, and the unique walking path around the hotel added to the experience. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Singapore—highly recommended!

We loved the breakfast at Prego. Quality and extensive selection. The room is new and big for our family. We had a beautiful view of the city. The staff and service is exceptional, they gave what we asked for and sometimes even more. They cleaned our room very well. Having a balcony is a plus. …everything was so amazing. We had club lounge access and it was absolutely worth it. Wonderful food and lovely drinks. It even improved since I was there before Covid. I remember lively Peter who treated us so nicely - but it’s so unfair because everybody was so sweet and made us feel at home. what I liked is that it was very quiet and decent in the club lodge and no kids running around and screaming. Also not overcrowded or annoying guests - that makes a stay really memorable Thank you!..

There is so much to see and do in Singapore. It is impossable to say Favourite Places as there are so many. We loved the food at little Markets. Enjoyed our trip so much and the People of Singapore are so Friendly and Helpful.

Easy accesible and easy to shop around. I am able to get what I need, be it shopping or massage. The food was yummy and I really enjoy my stay. My stay at Sy Giles was a good experience. Staff was polite, friendly ans helpful. Good location and I am able to buy my stuff in one location.

Nagoya Shopping Mall is full of perhaps nothing else that cheap imitations… if that’s what you are keen for. But once you venture around the fringes of Nagoya that’s where the attractions are … the simple local fare and stores are a delight

When we arrived I could tell we were going to have a great time.All of the young people on the reception were fantastic as was the breakfast staff the young man who cleaned our room was also very dedicated I will fully recommend your hotel to my friends

Many restaurants available nearby hotel, so the traveller guest can select the place according to his/her individual choice of food. I generally used to eat at restaurant OSMAN OR restaurant HABIB. Try to have some Food/Beverage at Restoran BANAFEE Seri Alam near TODAY's mall. One can buy fresh fruits and other necessary shopping at TODAY's mall nearby. Pharmacy shops are available nearby in walking distance, which is very good. Possible for the travellers to connect to other cities in Malaysia from TBPG (Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang).

Everything was perfect! Great location! Rooms are very clean and magnificent! Spa is also very good! Special mention to the driver Julanda of the hotel who has been my guide for 3 days and showed me around Batam.

Plenty of cafes to choose from & great restaurants nearby on the waterfront. Excelor cafe good for breakfast. ‘See sea’ restaurant good for dinner & Malaysian restaurant also good for dinner in the mall.

Public rail transport excellent.

Public rail transport excellent. When you need to use a taxi they are reasonably priced. We love the food. Always treat ourselves to Little India and many other eating outlets. Gardens. Botanical as well Gardens By the Bay.(Of course the big ticket items at Gardens By the Bay are amazing but there is also so much more to see and explore there. Museums are world class. (The honouring of Singapore's history). I like to seek out the smaller local retail outlets. The big name shops I am not interested in but I do love the buzz of Orchard Road. The Singaporeans consists of many cultures and we have never met a rude or nasty person and we have been to Singapore many times over the years. They live in Harmony. Finally I admire the Government's social housing policy .Our country could learn from a few Singaporean policies.
