Conveniently located. Thoughtful provision of Tuk-tuk rides to Siam paragon even though it is really near, saved us walking in the heat! Extremely polite staff, very clean throughout. Very comfortable beds, bathroom was huge and we had a choice of tub and shower. Quality bath products. Recycling bin in bathroom. Complimentary mini-bar and snacks. Good variety for breakfast.

Lebua is a legend in Bangkok, no doubt about it, and we had a great time. As happens in any hotel, we had some minor problems and some special requests, and that's when you see the difference between a good hotel and an excellent one. We were really lucky because we were literally taken care of by Sofia, a young assistant of the hotel with a great future ahead. Thanks to her, everything was smooth and perfect. Furthermore, the hotel organized a pizza party for kids to teach how to make pizza, and we had a really amazing time. The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the river; you cannot ask for more. The breakfast was completely satisfying and served near the pool. The place was nice, with a huge variety of options. There were many international cuisines, ranging from sweet to savory, making it almost impossible for someone not to be completely satisfied. Long story short, a place to go for both the hotel and the staff.

A wonderful first stay in Thailand! Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the infinity pool on the 25th floor—it was clean, the water temperature was perfect, and the views were breathtaking! Upon arrival, we were offered a room upgrade, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The upgrade placed us on a higher floor and gave us access to the lounge area, where we enjoyed a couple of hours of complimentary cocktails and snacks. Sitting outside with a stunning view of the city was truly special. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Everything was perfect. Everyone in the hotel is so kind and nice. From reception, staff on breakfast, fantastic lady in tourist agency in a hole of hotel, lady for massage which came to our room...absolutely wonderful people. Breakfast was excellent. Restoran / I don't remembered name/, near reception with European food was excellent. My daughter and I were surprised that was sooo nice in this hotel. We will come back.

Everything was perfect. The staff even prepared a nice welcome for my boyfriend for his birthday, it was really nice. The hotel has a great location right next to the bus and metro, there are also restaurants and a seven eleven right there. The pool and breakfast floor have a beautiful view. Bangkok is a marvellous city to visit, if I was to give people advice do your homework on your sightseeing very big city traffic can be bad but it is what it is so yes do your homework on the transport system will save hours if you use the trains to get around and the canal taxis.

Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful. There is a local market near the temple. Interesting to watch around and taste local foods and fruits. People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

Overall it was a nice place to be the last few days before my flight i was able to relax yet still enjoy some good food and locals. Still plenty of access to everything you need but far from any attractions.

I had a great time at this location.

I had a great time at this location. It was very close to the BTS train system and a mall is directly across the street. Up the street both ways are some good night markets, 7-11 on the corner, ATM is also right there, plus several street vendors for food, coffee shop, KFC and other shops are up the street.

The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.

Good location with everything you need close by. There are several good restaurants a few salons, massage places and a marijuana dispensary. If you go up to the corner, maybe one stop on the subway there is a corner with all kinds of restaurants, bars, and activities at night. The famous Highland dispensary, it was the first legal dispensary in Thailand, is there.

Getting around is best with a prepaid card of the bts and mrt .saves you some waiting in line . Favorite places ,also to stay near or on the river . food court ,top floor terminal 21 ,a lot of choice and very good prices .a visit to benchakitty park
