This was an exceptional stay at a beautiful hotel that goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Staff were all welcoming, smiling, happy to help and gracious. Special thanks to "Lala" who was welcoming during our late check in. The spa experience was nice and professional. Internet speeds were acceptable. Room design was exceptionally unique, we loved the Lanna inspired theme. Restaurant (and room service) were very tasty with wide variety of options. 10/10 would recommend.Guest review byMoReefiSaudi Arabia
- From $459.69 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 73 reviewsThe service and hospitality were 5 star. The property is beautiful. The location was good for walking. Fresh fruit and delicious coffee were the highlights of breakfast, served on the terrace next to the river. There was a large selection at the buffet as well as a menu for orders. The concierge was helpful and arranged airport transportation with ease, as well as several outings/tours. All were great. I think this is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai.Guest review byMiriamUnited States

The room on the 22 floor is so big and so comfortable. Large shower and bath tub. Daily cleaning. Great views from my room. Nightlife abounds. Lots to do inside and out. Delicious food. Particularly I had a mango smoothie every day in the downstairs bar. Hotel can get very busy. I was there during the full moon festival.Guest review byMark AustraliaAustralia

We recently visited Chiang Mai and had a great time.
We recently visited Chiang Mai and had a great time. Mid Sept is still off season and occasional rains but its not a spoiler at all. Awesome places to eat and shop. Weekend visit is recommended as lots of markets are only on weekends so can take advantage of that. Amazing Vegetable and fruit markets. Would be great to take a Airbnb and cook a nice meal while there. We visited Thaphae Gate, Jingjai Market, Wat Phra Singh, Wat lok Moli to name a few and they were all good. We recommend Siam Bike rentals for good deals for Bikes. We stayed at Jonah hotel and it was great value for money. Eating places Bodhi Cafe , Khoi Soi Mesai and Coconut shell restaurant to name a few. The night market near Marriott Hotel is a must visit.Guest review byNiharIndia - 10.0
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lhong Chiang Dao...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping in Chiang Mai, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the host and staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. Every request we made was met with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, which made our stay even more special. The glamping site itself is immaculately maintained, with cleanliness being a top priority. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of a nearby waterfall 24/7, it truly felt like we were immersed in nature. It’s the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle of everyday life and reconnect with the serene beauty of the outdoors. One of the most magical moments was at night—around 11 PM onwards, the sky came alive with countless stars, offering an awe-inspiring view you rarely get to experience in the city. If you’re looking for a solid glamping experience with unparalleled hospitality, breathtaking natural surroundings, and starry skies, Lhong Chiang Dao Glamping is the place to go. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet enriching escape. Thank you to the entire team for making this a stay to remember!Guest review byTanSingapore - 8.0

The homestay was perfect for us because we had a vehicle. It would be difficult for those who do not have a vehicle. We had a great time cycling around Mae Rim, including sections of the "Lanna Trail".Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Lovely place for spending a relaxed weekend. Watch the sunrise over teh valley, stare into the clear skies and the stars at night. Visit the tribal villages, the fruit orchards (strawberries and oranges) and the flower gardens. Enjoy a tranquil time.Guest review bySanyamIndia - 10.0

Chom Tong is a small town about 1.5 hour from Chiang Mai. Travellers use it as the base to explore Doi Inthanon. There is a decent choice of F&B establishments, supermarket, cinema, etc. Best explored if you have transport (rental car or taxi service which can be booked by the day)Guest review byW SukiSingapore - 10.0

The property is far from anything and the road is quite hard to get up especially at night as there are no street lights. The view is easily the main attraction though as well as the bathtub. Food was the Moo Kata which was 490 which was about right for 2 people. Breakfast was okay.Guest review byPitak YindeeamornchaiThailand - 10.0
Chiang Mai was great.
Chiang Mai was great. Local restaurants in and outside of the city. If you feel brave enough. It’s worth hiring a car and heading into the hills and mountains away from the city as the countryside and national parks is stunning. There a lot of little gems the normal tourist trails worth exploring. I ate at several different restaurants which weren’t the normal tourist restaurants and the food was great and cheap.Guest review byhowardUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Welcoming little town well worth visiting.
Welcoming little town well worth visiting. The temple and the caves are great but the best thing for me was that I stumbled into a bar up near the cave which is called . . The Cave bar. This place has to be visited if at all possible. Wonderful hostess and a really chilled, funky vibe.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Beautiful spot, but very isolated, making visiting tourist attractions and temples expensive. Please be aware....some taxi drivers do not speak English at all and have to communicate via Google translate.Guest review bygabrieleAustralia - 10.0
The cool & freezing weather.
The cool & freezing weather. Must stay here for atleast one night if you have a trip to Chiang Mai. Experience the beautiful flower farm and walking distance. You will appreciate the morning fresh air & cool cloudy fog if you dont mind walking to the flower farm nearby within 15min walk . For Muslim, even though it is only one restaurant that offer halal food , but the taste was worth the price. Will repeat next time if i travel to Chiang Mai.Guest review byRosnitaMalaysia
