A perfect place to stay if you are flying out of the airport. The room was well-presented, beautifully clean & the bed very comfortable. Having a fridge was a bonus, as was the afternoon I lounged in the hammock in the garden reading my book. The hosts are very friendly & helpful & gave me a lift to the airport. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

The room was impressively spacious and immaculately clean, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hot water in the bathroom was reliable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable even on the hottest days. The resort is peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal spot for those looking to unwind. I also appreciated the individual parking, which made coming and going incredibly convenient. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for staying connected during my visit.     Retro Box was an unexpectedly positive experience. The owners managed to shade and insulate the metal containers in a way that it was nice and cool inside. There were quite a few rooms overlooking the pool (ours didn't, but it was better this way as those seemed a little bit smaller). Breakfast was delicious, staff were polite, beds were comfortable - we loved it so much that we were the last ones to check out, after reluctantly stopping all that pleasant lounging pool side. In short, we loved it, and would highly recommend it to others. Great job, 👍 well done!

    A perfect place for peace and quiet in lovely green surroundings. The pool is wonderful, you can borrow bicycles to look around the area which very authentic Thai. The beach goes on forever but there had been a storm just before we arrived and was rather rough. The food in the restaurant was superb and good value. My wife used the spa and had a yoga lesson. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly, feels like we made a lot of new friends.

    Beautiful and spacious room with queen sized bed! Very comfortable! 2 bottles of water in the room. Breakfast. The hotel is in the centre of the city. Lady Ying at the reception is unbelievable! So helpful and lovely person! Nothing is a problem with her kind assistance.She speaks English perfectly and she is always smiling! So nice and professional!

    It's perfect for a short stopover if you need to take the lomprayha boat at the next morning as it's only a walk of max. 2 minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. In the morning they are preparing at 06:00 tea and coffee with some snacks. The room is clean.

    Quiet place far away from the tourist crowds.

    Quiet place far away from the tourist crowds. Great beaches, nearly empty, amazing vegetation with lots of interesting places to see nearby. A good base to go exploring more south (we had a rental car) and close to the Myanmar border with all those hills. Would highly recommend the area for people who wnat to see a more genuine Thailand than the Phukets of the world.

    We stayed for 5 nights.

    We stayed for 5 nights. The beach is lovely with soft white sand. There were plenty of local restaurants close to the beach and also western food. There were only a few small shops. Transport into Chumphon costs 300 Thai baht by taxi. There is a really good weekend night market in Chumphon with a huge variety of freshly cooked food.

    There are many unique places to visit, many beautiful islands, and scenic spots. I eed to rents a car and drives yourself to visit more tan 10 attractions wic are far apart. Traveling to see the various islands, snorkeling, swimming, and seeing the beauty of the various islands requires Local noat Tour to take you there.

For any assistance , please contact us at 0654313005 . Transfer from the Chumphon pier to the hotel, you may buy the ticket at pier to be drop off at the hotel by minivan taxi. “ This information is NOT correct and I wasted time & money

    Our stay in Chumphon was exactly as we anticipated, our reason for visiting was to stay at fisherman’s home stay, which was superb, we stayed an extra night in the town to catch an early morning train to Trang, this allowed us to witness the people of Chumphon setting up the food markets at 03.00 in the morning, brilliant.
