Everything was amazing! The stuff did everything to make our stay great.. The restaurant was outstanding , having a beach gym was great and the beach was beautiful! You can rent a car from the hotel in reasonable price with no hassle.. It was hard to leave.. Thank you Molly and the staff!

Perfect! Quiet location, with great beach. Staff helpful and friendly, assisted with booking tours and scooter rental. Spotlessly clean over our week stay. Swimming pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great. Best place we could've stayed on Koh Chang.

    Honestly! This was the best Beach Resort we ever stayed in. Everything was just a dream. The rooms, breakfast, pools etc. The staff is outstanding. Always helpful with a smile in their faces. Everyone is trying to make your stay unforgettable!!! We stayed for 7 nights and we never wanted to leave thus wonderful charming place. We had a little trouble with our room and they took care of it immediately and placed us in another room. We will be back !! Thank you so much Sylvan Resort !!

    Resort was great. Was not to crowded so easy to get a beach chair. They had Thai massage options on the beach which were very affordable compared to other places we had stayed. location was great, a short walk to the main road where you could catch taxis and a 7-11 right by there. Breakfast was great, had lots of options for food. Wi-fi worked well.

    We hired bicycles for 100 baht near Centara and we could...

    We hired bicycles for 100 baht near Centara and we could cycle to the waterfall and to visit some other beaches. It is not cheap to get around, 6km was 150 each so 300 baht for 2. We stayed at Bailan beach hotel which was nice and small and intimate with a few other restaurants nearby. We walked about 1km north and south of Bailan beach but the roads are not so safe for walking there. Near Centara the roads are wider with a cycle path.

    A wonderful stretch of beach, one of the nicest on Koh Chang to be fair. Nice and clean, quiet and peaceful. I stayed a 5 min bike ride away at the reggae place. I ate at the wonderful little shack just on the bend as you reach the beach, a mother and daughter making great som tam, Laab, Nam Tok, iced coffee etc

    I've been to kie bae, koh chang many times since 2006 and enjoyed most of the time . This time however I would give it 3 out of 10. Apart from it been too commercialised, it is very dirty. Hope it gets cleaner for the future.

    Koh Chang is a lovely island for holiday.

    Koh Chang is a lovely island for holiday. Roads are trecherous to drive, but the views are stunning. Beachfront resort with a nice pool, you have all you need! Some wonderful seafood buffets to uncover and a visit to one of the elephant camps will satisfy your urge to explore.
