GermanyNai and his family are one of the friendliest, kindest people I met in about 20 years of traveling. He just picked us up from the hotel we stayed the night before (without asking), helped with bookings (Songkran time!), brought me back from the motorbike rental to the Resort and more... just lovely people.
The resort is in a very green area, just a couple of hundred meters away from the Beach.

Koh Kood is a genuine hidden gem. The tropical beaches have crystal clear water and there are some great snorkeling spots if you look hard enough. Make sure you get down to The Fisherman Hut and mention Whimsical Tricycle to the owner, Tom. He will know what you mean. Enjoy! But keep it secret.
