Dar Hi was a huge surprise. I haven't seen many places like this and the architect of the hotel deserves a big award. Incredible views of the city, gorgeous interior, really excellent cuisine and all this complemented by a really attentive staff. The icing on the cake is the hammam and heated pool. I regret that we could not stay more than one night.

This traditional Tunisian house is located in Tozeur city centre, on the edge of the desert and a few steps from the salt lake, Chott El Djerid. It offers a hammam and modern rooms.

The hotel is really superb. In the city centre where you can walk around easily. It has a beautiful patio and terrace where you can relax. The staff was super friendly and they helped us to book activities and transportation. I would highly recommend it.

Beautifully situated, large, slightly dated but well kept hotel. Welcome with a smile by the lovely Basma at reception. Huge room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, silent airco. Lovely little balcony, quiet. Huge and very clean pool, nice and fresh in the desert heat. Friendly staff.

Located close to the desert and halfway between the tourist district and the town centre, Residence El Arich welcomes you in an elegant building and is 3 kilometres from the airport only.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was cozy and comfortable and had a great view on the pool and garden area. It was peaceful and quiet and exactly what we were looking for.

Great guesthouse with nice room, a rooftop and pool. Comfortable outdoor lounge area downstairs and very helpful staff. The guesthouse also offers guided tours and we can highly recommend Said if you like high speed desert adventures! Really the highlight of our stay. It’s a bit far to the city centre if you don’t have a car, about 30min, but if you’re looking for something a bit cheaper in Touzeur we can definitely recommend it!

If you ever find yourself wanting to visit the utterly charming desert town of Tozeur (which you absolutely should), there is only one place you should spend your time. At the Dar Amina you will find everything you could possibly want. Clean, nicely furnished rooms, a pool in summer and a house that even the locals say is the most beautiful in the entire medina. First of all, the house is very clean. There is nothing to disturb you because there is no lodges around it. At rooftop you can enjoy beautiful scenery of Atlas range. Rooftop is also very special place to watch stars.

Beautiful place and the staff was exceptionallly helpful. They helped set up a place with great internet in the middle of the oasis and at midnight because I had a meeting that I couldn’t miss. Also, the quality of the breakfast was amazing: fresh and delicious. Wow for the date jellies offered for breakfast: chocolate , caramel, syrup. If we come back to Tozeur , will definitely stay in Villa Taouzert.
