This has by far been the best hotel resort we have stayed at to date and we have stayed at many of the top hotels. The customer care and service was beyond what we expected. The food was especially delicious. As a fussy eater myself I usually struggle in al inclusive holidays but this was the first time we were provided with ample options and also tasty to Michelin levels in my opinion I couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were really attentive and friendly and even though we went during an off peak time in November they managed to make it an enjoyable experience for both myself and my husband. I would like to thank our rep Mila who went beyond her duty to move us to a different room as we were not happy with one or two menial things but she was insistent we get a better room and on our last day arranged a very nice meal for our anniversary at the sushi restaurant which again was at hakkasan levels. We were just amazed at the quality and service. We will definitely be staying at Kaya again on the future.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was a wonderful stay! The service was top notch - the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large (Royal), clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurants are super: a large selection of dishes and drinks, everything is fresh and tasty. Fast Internet access, fitness room, tennis, bowling, laser tag, archery and many other activities. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back again

Beach is private, huge territory and you can always find free good spot. There is "party" and "calm" zones. Also zone 16+ and zone for family with kids. Everything is "free" (all inclusive) on a beach. Like good quality top champagne and wines, smoothies, coffee, fresh juices and good strong liquors :) For kids - juice / hot chocolate / milk and other tasty drinks :) There is even a "beach battler" who os walking around and clean your glasses for free.

It was an extraordinary vacation. Very polite staff. The hotel is in a very good location. 30 minutes from the airport. A large green area. Food is very good, varied, tasty snacks and drinks. Very good alcoholic drinks. The service is at the highest level. Beautiful sandy beach. Large clean pool. The animation is very good. Club entertainment at night. We really enjoyed this hotel.     Good value for money all inclusive. Territory looks good, taken good care of. Several pools, water parks, kids club with 0+ babysitting. Several bars with a decent selection of alcohol and cocktails included. Only house wine is included, while price for bottles is a bit outrageous. However, in general selection of included spirits is far better than I've expected (12 YO single malt whiskeys, decent gin, etc.) Several buffer restaurants, food courts, ... - selection of food is very good, quality and taste is great. Ala-cart restaurants were surprisingly good, especially Butcher SPA service was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Especially girls at the reception Territory is vast, with a lot of facilities, so while it was nearly fully booked, it didn't feel crowded

    This is a super hotel that meets all needs. Spacious, quiet rooms, delicious varied food, extra kind and helpful staff. We had a great time, the pavilions and its services are excellent, the beach is great. I can only recommend it to everyone, we will definitely be returning guests. Last but not least, my son's lost toy was searched for by the entire staff, thanks to them it was found. The staff showed a fantastic attitude, we thank them again for this!

    It is a perfect hotel. Delicious cuisine, very comfortable rooms. All the rooms are perfectly well equipped, even small details are thought out! Entertainment for children is beyond all praises. Special thanks to Dimitri who made all the activities bright, funny and friendly. Guest relations is extremely friendly and helps to solve even small challenges. Heated pool is great! Spa is very comfortable. We hope to return again!

    The best hotel for families with children! They have such a fantastic program for them: the kid's club, balloon shows, mining disco. Our daughter was very happy. But it is also great for the adults as well! The restaurants and the food selection are fantastic. We especially liked Uzbek cuisine. The mixology bar is our absolute favorite! Definitely coming back to this hotel!

    Staff in the main restaurant are very hospitable and attentive. The cleaning staff, bartenders, bellboys, all the staff are great people and hard workers. On demand fast coffee machines that taste really good. All the food is great. Some of the entertainment at night are owe inspiring especially the Mongolian one was spectacular.

    We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The light and water shows in the centre were fantastic.

    The hotels in Belek are beautiful and well-maintained, and the Land of Legends is definitely worth visiting. The beach is also clean and enjoyable. Be cautious with taxis and small shops that don’t display prices. There are many scams – I once forgot to ask the price for a glass of orange juice and ended up paying $10! Taxis often reject Uber and give unfair prices.
