You wake up in the morning and walking out to the rice fields and you feel like you are in paradise, not kidding!. The breakfast is exceptional good and it can match the breakfast I had in the other 5 stars resort hotel. Even better, the menu for the breakfast changed daily and you will not get bored if you stay there more than 1 night. Highly recommended to stay there for more than 1 night to experience the quiet country living with a small town nearby in walking distance. The hosts are also very polite and helpful. What a perfect country B & B!

GermanyI loved my stay! The accommodation is SO cozy, walking in felt like coming home. Great place to relax. The team is also so helpful and nice :) They helped me arrange my visit to Luye Hot Airballoon Festival (definitely recommend to go!) and helped with taxis.

We had a very nice stay at Deer House during our 3 weeks bicycle travel through Taiwan. We were welcomed very warmly and offered to keep the bikes inside the house. We had a beautiful large room with a very nice, modern bathroom. There was a big restaurant area where we enjoyed fresh, healthy breakfast which was also included with the stay. There was also the option to use the washing machine and dryer, which we gladly took, after a few days of cycling. On top of everything the owners were very kind and explained us their work in Deer House and the local community in detail. Thank you very much for everything - we would love to come back one day!

We made a last minute booking, off season at the and of Feb, and were the only guests in the B&B! The room was spacious, clean, with exceptionally comfortable King bed and everything was high quality and felt fresh. We had a huge balcony overlooking the valley with great views.
The breakfast was large and freshly cooked fusion of Taiwanese and western. Really tasty and filling. We were delighted to be given small gifts on departure.

Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps.
Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure.

Absolutely stunning location.
Host could not have been more helpful. We were cycling and stupidly did not have any food with us - she organised an emergency lunch and booked us into a restaurant for dinner.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Room was beautiful.
Everyone was so kind to us and helpful!

The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is congee with hot dishes. It tastes good but the portion is not enough for all guests. Suggest to offer some bread or steamed bun.
