Extremely new, chic and clean hotel with amazing rooms! There were so many modern amenities and we felt very comfortable. We especially liked the comfy beds, large TV and the bathtub with a great view. The staff was very friendly and the location was good (right next to MRT). Would definitely recommend!

Staff were really friendly, answered any questions I had, and always offered to help in any way possible, even without asking. Some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met!! Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!! Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

Excellent location with MRT station (ximen) just in front of the hotel. Many eateries nearby. For those with luggage, please use the elevator at exit 3 (not 2 - all stairs). There are 3 washing machines (NT$70 per wash) and 4 dryers (NT$10 per 10 minutes).

The breakfast was very rich and could satisfy anybody's taste. I was impressed by the value, location and the service. I definitely will stay in this hotel again.     This was our second stay at the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. From the responsive communications before our arrival, to the well-appointed, clean rooms and all the friendly and helpful staff we came in contact with, the whole experience was unforgettable and we look forward to returning. We found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The location is a short commute from the more lively suburbs/CBD, which suited us as we preferred staying in a slightly quieter area.

    Location is great very close to major shopping centers, transit is within 5-10 mins walk. Room is modern, well equipped, spacious and clean; building is new and solid withstood a 7.6 magnitude earthquake during our stay. Pool is also a nice feature over looking the 101 landmark, during night time is a spectacular view. They have a reception downstairs and are able to hold your lugguage until check-in time for those that arrived early.

    I think the mix of traditional and tropical feel in Taipei was really interesting to see. There was a large range of places to explore - from artist villages to nightlife. Getting around was easy with public transport. Overall a fun place to stay.

    I love Taipei!!!

    I love Taipei!!! How organized and easy their transportation system from the airport to the city and going around. But more than anything, I love their night markets. If only I could try and eat everything. Their milk teas, they are all yummy regardless of where you buy it from. So many places to visit. I definitely will come back here.
