Proprietor Sharon was friendly, caring and took care of anything we needed. The rooms are well appointed with thoughtful amenities, such as extra throws, bath robes and toiletries. Check in and check out system is seamless. The property is private and quiet. Nice getaway from the bigger hotels and cookie cutter rooms. We loved it and will be back❣️

Quiet location, free and simple parking, easy online check-in process, nice staff (via messages). Clean and large room, comfortable beds. The Inn is next to a Springdale line shuttle stop. Close to restaurants by walk (just a 10-minute walk and the scenery is awesome - also, I saw wildlife during this walk). There is a laundry at the accommodation which is great.

If your visit to Springdale is for hiking in Zion national park, the location of De Novo is perfect. We were so close to the park that we were able to beat all the other guests and find parking - but if you want a late start, the park shuttle also comes directly to the property. The views from our room were also exceptional and the renovation is fantastic. The quiet area of Springdale also offered a surprising amount of good dining and coffee shop options. We look forward to staying again.

The room was incredibly spacious with doors both to the parking lot and to the pool/grounds. The beds were comfortable, clean, and plenty of pillows were provided (four incredibly comfortable pillows per bed). The room was absolutely spotless with amazing views of the sandstone cliffs surrounding Springdale. To top it all off, the staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They provided clear and concise instructions for our late night arrival, gave plenty of fantastic recommendations for hikes suitable to our our family traveling with a toddler--including some hidden gems that I had never heard of even as a Utah native--and fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Rooms were cramp with two queen size bed. I wish we had a chair with an Ottoman to put our feet up. The wall outlets were old and too big and would not hold our plug into the outlet. Our plugs kept falling out. It made it difficult to to charge our devices because we couldn't keep them plug in.

We did a hike with Cedar + Sage Boutique Hikes and it was the absolute highlight of my 2 week trip to the USA. I could not recommend it highly enough. Michael was very knowledgable, friendly and safety conscious. The picnic he provided was delicious. He was even able to readily cater to my gluten free needs. They provide most of the hiking gear you need - poles, canyoning boots, waders and a waterproof backpack. It is an absolute must.

Tropic was a cute little town just 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon. There are many small cabin hotels which I like better than the big hotels and some great restaurants. Very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were both closed during our stay and that we were not contacted about that until a few hours before our check in.
