An absolutely excellent airport hotel. The pick up point is only a couple hundred metres from the lower floor exit at Arrivals and shuttle service arrived 10 min after calling the front desk, no pre-booking, with a roughly 8 min drive which was heaven for a long distance traveler arriving late in the evening.

Traveled with my spouse and two grandkids. The room was perfect; very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. I only missed the swimming pool as the days were quite warm, not open yet, but I was aware of that when I booked the room so no claim for that.

We really liked the location. It was a short drive from there to downtown Franklin ( a really cozy village full of nice restaurants and shops). We took UBER and it was around 8$ each way. There are restaurants nearby as well as Wholefoods. Breakfast and snacks in the evening were included in the price, which was a bonus. We also were lucky to check in early at no cost. We stayed on the 9th floor and we had AMAZING views from there. The room was really spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was varied with healthy options.

If you are a country music fan, Nashville is a great place for you. See the grand Ole Opry and Broadway and lots of other things to do. Very tourist friendly and pretty much anything you can think of is available. I'd recommend it for couples or friends mostly, it's really too busy for children, and it's a party place . Recommend anywhere from 3 to 5 days depending on how much you want to see. Plan on lots of walking

New hotels popingbup! New things to do and some of the old places we love too! Be entertained or ride off to see foliage Hard to beat! Apple Barn has the best breakfast to this day! Cheddars and Calhouns never let you down! Great eating!

What a great experience.

What a great experience. We zip lined with my family on Ober mountain and purchased the online thrill pass, you wont be disappointed with the experience and vale. We experienced wild Black Bears in the city and many other things to do we didn't even scratch the surface and will return again with more family members. If you get hungry take your family to Smith and Son restaurant Great food, staff and value.

4 days was about right and the city was a cultural vibe as we expected. Be aware the if you like your wine it's very pricey! Also taxi fares were very expensive so beware. If you like Blues n Soul this is the place for you. Sun Studios is a must. Graceland was great ut also be aware the merchandise everywhere you go. Beale Street is a must for music all day!

We love Chattanooga! Very friendly city and so much to do! It's a 3 hour drive from home, so easily a day trip visit if you pre plan. Great food, busy but not unmanageable, lots of parking, lots of restrooms, great parks, great weather!

Only stayed 1 night to bring my daughter back to college Everything about the hotel and rooms was great except no microwave in the rooms we stayed in. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were excellent, beds were very soft and comfy, and clean. Everything was great. We'll be back! I give this hotel a 10

While I wasn't there long enough to see a lot, the views of the mountains as amazing. Did see some old buildings and some rivers as we were driving. While touristy, it was very beautiful there. We ate at J.T. Hannah's and at Holston's. Both very good and highly recommend. Getting around was fairly easy. Some traffic but not too bad.

We attended the Karen Kingsbury conference in Franklin. It was refreshing and offered just enough time for us to enjoy Franklin and the local restaurants. Love the bookstore and the walking the streets to see all of the lovely homes!

We didn't do slot in Jackson as we basically stayed in this location to visit grandchildren. Jackson was in the middle of both families. We did enjoy the Spaghetti Works one night. Met our family at Logan's for lunch on a Sunday. There were a couple of places that we wanted to visit but they were not open.. Rusty's Car Muesum being one We had visited Casey Jones Village before. We thoroughly enjoyed that Then the weather prevented us from going to London Mounds

Loved the room spacious and comfortable. The facilities were good, and clean.I enjoyed the treadmill and the pool was nice, a good size and not overcrowded and the water temperature was great.I was not impressed with the breakfast very basic,nothing to rave about. The parking was spaces were over crowded. If you moved your car likely to return without a parking spot.. it needed more spaces for the handicap referring to my mobility. I would recommend and book again.
