Off to a bad start, but the hotel’s crisis management completely swept me off my feet. As a business owner I have to say this hotel is fortunate to have such great staff. Ryan especially extended lots help. It’s a new hotel, the facilities are very nice and clean. The room is spacious, full kitchen with fridge and full set of plates and cups were very convenient. It’s got a nice gym and the hot breakfast bar is priceless. Can’t ask for a better place to stay as a family with small children. Most importantly, this location is really good. In the five days and four nights stay, we were able to visit the Diablo lake, Picture Lake, Gorge Creek Falls, Mt. Erie, Bellingham, Fairhaven, Anacortes, Orcas Island, La Connor, Snohomish, Index and Heybrook, and needless to say if there aren’t small children to carry around we would have covered even more. For sure it was a very productive and fun family vacation for us, every day we do a manageable amount of drive and we get to somewhere incredible. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would come back again soon. The friends that decided to come meet us and stayed in the same hotel gave it two thumbs up!

Seattle for us was a welcome escape from Florida heat. Fortunately the Seattle weather was clear, cool and beautiful. Pike Street Market would take three days to explore every nook and cranny. We took a walking foodie tour of the market and would recommend that for visitors., The aquarium and the waterfront were also fun to visit. There is cosmopolitan variety in foods at local restaurants.

It is one of the oldest Airports I have been in over the years. The boarding areas are tiny and spill into the hallway, blocking traffic. Took 20 minutes to finally board the shuttle to the offsite rental space. It needs a massive revamp and modernization

Beautiful little town, especially at Christmastime, with wonderful decorations. Chick-Fil-A is conveniently located, lots of little shops and a great Mall. I only live 30 min north of Vancouver, my reason for visiting was my pets and 4th of July noise. If you are visiting the Portland Or/Vancouver area, the Vancouver side of the river is just less crowded than the Portland side. For a very good meal, Little Italy downtown Vancouver has been one of my favorites for several years great food and good people. Visiting especially down town Portland, I would recommend driving to the Van Port park and ride then take the yellow line train into down town, way easier and cheaper than paying for parking downtown. If it is raining go to the expo center park and ride, it's the end of the line there is always a train there so you can wait inside the train. In Portland, every one uses the train. And umbrellas are for tourist lol
